The owner and the night clerk were both very friendly and informative, anxious to help but never too pushy. The direction that they gave me was way more accurate than Google map, that save me a lot of time n money.
The hotel is close to all major attractions, tram stations, shops n restaurants, good upkeep n safe environment even at night for a single lady. With the money that I paid, I don't really expect two single beds, private bath n a full size kitchen with refrigerator. The most important thing that I am asking for, is a bed of clean sheet, and they did it just right! I will come back to this heart warming hotel anytime! They are just as fascinating as Istanbul!

The staff are very nice. They provided us a lot of information we needed. They also gave us a low floor room as we preferred.

Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Excellent access to local tourist areas. Owner and staff are very friendly.

Cozy, convenient hotel perfect for tourists. Small but great value. Service was top-notch, friendly and attentive by both the owner and Sabeeh. 5-star service in a 3-star hotel. Ideal for those who want to explore and don’t need luxury frills. Location was perfect, walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque also restaurants.

This was my first time in Istanbul and was happy i chose this hotel very clean perfect size comfortable firm mattress perfect walkable area to all shopping and main tourist attractions the owner and his brother were super friendly and helpful. The area i felt safe being that i am a female that was there with my 11 year old son never felt scared or uncomfortable at all 9 days their.
