Wonderful

I was in the hotel for eid al adha vacation the hotel is ecomony but staff and cleaness in rooms was better than some 5 stars hotel.. the man on receptione “SMILE” was so welcoming and helped us a lot in whatever we needed .. room seevice was done daily.. the location is perfect especially if u need access to public trans.

Worst experience

We stay for 3 nights with my family. It was the worst experinece in Istanbul.
Our room was booked for three people, but the room was regularly stocked for only two people or fewer. There was no liquid soap, tissue, and some other basic amenities were missing from the room.
There was also a problem with the bathroom drain. The water did not drain properly, making it difficult to take a proper shower.
In addition, the hallway outside the rooms was wet and there was water on the floor, which was inconvenient and potentially dangerous.

The hotel had an excellent location.
The ceiling height in the rooms was low, but the cleanliness was acceptable.
The worst part was the lack of security. My key card was able to open another guest's room, which is extremely concerning.

I'M no Karen but Room was dirty and smelled like sewage. I left the first day and they would not issue me a refund for leaving. Make sure u stay away!! The manager also lied to me about not being the manager and told me straight up "I'm not giving you your money back"

The air conditioning was not working kettle was broken, safe was locked will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
