Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment.
From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. Thanks to him, our impression of Istanbul and Türkiye became incredibly positive.
Thank you so, so much. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I will absolutely stay here without a doubt.

Excellent apartments in old Istanbul

Stayed in the apartment on the last floor, check-in was at night, the staff sent all the information to check-in. The house with history, entrance group and entrance are amazing. Best view from the terrace to Istanbul, you can see the main attractions of the area. Very cozy area, lots of cafes and shops, you can walk all day, all within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is equipped with everything, the linen is clean, the cleaning is good. Renovation in the apartment is good, but renovation is already requested. It was winter, the rooms have batteries, it was very warm. I would particularly like to mention the work of the staff, always in touch through the messenger, help to solve current issues, very responsive. Thank you, we'll definitely come again.

Gorgeous Penthouse Apartment - Great for Family!

My family (two parents & two teenagers) had a wonderful stay in the top floor penthouse apartment at Casa Di Bava. The location is excellent, convenient to a lot of sights, and the hotel itself is lovely, with contemporary interiors in a beautiful old building. The penthouse was very clean and comfortable - we enjoyed breakfast each morning on the gorgeous terrace overlooking scenic Istanbul. After traveling elsewhere in Turkey, we were happy to use the washer in the apartment. We arrived at night and the instructions for check in were clear and easy. We communicated easily and seamlessly with the staff - Tammam was very helpful throughout the stay. The apartment was also surprisingly quiet, which we appreciated because the neighborhood is lively on weekend evenings. We felt that the apartment was a good value for what was included. Highly recommended and we will stay here again when we have to chance to return to lovely Istanbul!
