Horrible experience- DO NOT RECOMMEND
I arrived late at night (around 1am on Jan 26) after a long day of travel, only to be charged more than the quoted price. The staff told me it was because I used a credit card, but this was never disclosed beforehand.
Things only got worse from there. On January 26 and again on January 27, housekeeping repeatedly left my door unlocked, which is a major safety concern. The condition of the room was also unacceptable—mold on the bathroom ceiling, peeling paint, missing or damaged floorboards, and even a hole in the wall with exposed wires. On top of that, the balcony door hinges were broken, causing the door to fall backwards when opened, which felt dangerous.
On January 28, I was finally moved to a different room, but the problems didn’t stop. Early in the morning on January 29 (around 4am), I was locked out of my room. After staff let me in, I then became locked inside and they had to break the doorknob to get me out. This was honestly scary and completely unacceptable.
At 5am, I was moved again to another room due to the broken door. Later that same day, staff told me they were “upgrading” me by sending me back to my old room. When I asked how that was an upgrade, they said it was because they would put a working doorknob on it. This response was rude and dismissive. After pushing back, I was told to stay in my current room and discuss it the next day.
On the 30th, instead of resolving anything, I was forced to move again. At that point, after multiple room changes, safety concerns, and constant disruptions, I decided to check out and book another hotel.
The staff throughout this experience were rude and unhelpful. I contacted the owner directly to address these concerns, but he never responded. I was also refused an invoice/receipt at the property and told to contact a main office via email. I never received a response, and they refused to provide any kind of refund.
Overall, this experience was stressful, unsafe, and poorly managed. Between the condition of the rooms, lack of transparency with pricing, repeated security issues, rude staff, and complete lack of accountability, I would not recommend staying here.

⚠️ Suspicion of overbooking
Unfortunately, we must strongly advise against booking this accommodation, especially for families.
We had reserved a room for 4 people and confirmed by phone one day before arrival that the booking was in place as planned. Upon our arrival at 10:00 PM, however, the receptionist informed us that the room was not available due to damage. An inspection of the room was refused to us despite multiple requests, which suggests the suspicion of an overbooking.
After a two-hour discussion until midnight – while our children were already sleeping exhausted in the car – we were offered a replacement room. However, this was only designed for 2 people and therefore unsuitable and unreasonable for us as a family of 4. Since no adequate solution was found on-site, we were forced to find new accommodation ourselves in the neighboring hotel in the middle of the night.
This incident caused us significant inconvenience as well as additional extra costs for the last-minute self-booking. Although the hotel has since canceled the original booking, the final confirmation and processing through Booking.com customer service are still pending. Such conduct and the lack of an adequate replacement are absolutely unprofessional.
