Worst hotel I have ever stayed in !
I was assigned a very poor room with several problems. I reported all of these issues to three different staff members; however, I was neither offered a new room nor were any of the problems resolved.
The shower screen was missing, which made it impossible to take a shower without splashing water everywhere. After every shower, I had to dry the floor with towels to prevent slipping. Having just undergone surgery, this situation was particularly unsafe for me.
The shower taps kept switching between cold and hot, making it extremely difficult to shower comfortably. I had to constantly adjust the temperature to avoid getting burned. Again, it was extremely difficult to have a shower while I’m trying not get my face wet.
The safety lock on the door was broken. As a woman staying alone, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable sleeping in the room each night.
The air conditioner did not work, and the room became uncomfortably hot at night. This was especially concerning for me as someone recovering from surgery, since maintaining a stable body temperature was important to prevent infection.
The refrigerator door was missing, and the LED light inside was so bright that it kept me from sleeping. I had to cover it with towels to block the light.
The walls were extremely thin, allowing me to hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. When someone upstairs dropped something, the noise was so loud that it startled me. Additionally, whenever someone flushed the toilet above my room, I could hear the water running directly overhead.
I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never encountered such conditions before.

I would definitely recommend that anyone considering this hotel read this review.
Firstly, there were serious shortcomings in terms of hygiene. It was very clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned. Cleaning was limited to emptying the trash and a superficial wipe. The ventilation was quite dirty, and the overall cleanliness standard was definitely inadequate. Furthermore, the inside of the refrigerator in the room was moldy; this was unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.
The room's technical condition was also quite poor. The door locks weren't working, the shower head was faulty, and the lighting system was erratic. These are not acceptable problems in a 4-star hotel.
The most disturbing and trust-shattering aspect was this: We specifically put a "please do not disturb" sign on the door when we left our room. However, when we returned, we noticed that a chair that hadn't been in the room before had been placed behind the door. This indicates unauthorized entry into the room and is a clear violation of guest privacy. This is unacceptable and creates a serious trust issue.
Therefore, even though we had the right to stay another night, we had to leave the hotel early.
Breakfast was also far below expectations. The variety was quite limited, and the freshness of the products offered was questionable. The garlic taste in the orange slices and the onion smell in the cucumber slices were particularly disturbing from a hygiene and kitchen management perspective.
In summary, we believe this hotel falls far short of meeting 4-star standards. It cannot be recommended without significant improvements in cleaning, maintenance, and service quality.
In short, if you don't want to risk your money and your vacation, I suggest you think again.

‼️Very dirty, Not recommended!!️
On the whole a very dirty hotel, there is dirt and dust everywhere. The breakfast buffet is in the basement and that's how it looks. We didn't eat or drink here.
The walls are like paper and it seems like all guests are sleeping in a shared dormitory. Every toilet flush of the other guests is so loud that you think he is sitting in your room on toilet.
