Superior quality paired with outstanding service!

Excellent hotel with superb service! Very highly recommend. The manager greeted us very warmly, making us comfortable and appreciated. When a partial ceiling light went out, we were given a new room instantly with the most sincere apology from Peyvand and another manager I can’t remember the name.
The rooms are spacious and super clean and smell new. Superior quality paired with outstanding service!

The staff were excellent, professional, helpful and kind!

The Grand Harilton Hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent. I was recovering from an operation and the food on offer was very healthy. The staff were very helpful and professional. It was the mould on the ceiling that was off putting. I changed rooms and there was mould in that room also.
It was the housekeeper Muhtesam, that impressed me the most! The room was spotless when she'd finished and she would ask if there was anything else she could do for me. Muhtesam went above and beyond her duty of care and she stood out not only for her excellent housekeeping skills but also for her kindness.
Thank you Muhtesam and to all the lovely staff at the Grand Harilton who made the experience a pleasant one.

I was extremely satisfied with the services offered by this hotel. The staff's friendliness, the cleanliness of the hotel, and their helpfulness were truly excellent.
I would especially like to thank Ms. İpek for her warm and friendly welcome at the reception. Thanks to their professionalism and hospitality, I felt very comfortable from the very first moment.
I would also like to thank Mr. Arif, who took care of my luggage and showed me my room in detail. His helpfulness and attentiveness were commendable.
Ms. Assel, who works at the bar, also made my stay even more enjoyable with her friendly, attentive, and professional service.
I would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service. I felt right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5* Business hotel with great value for money in remote location

Located in an industrial zone, remote from the main tourist attractions, this hotel has a very nice staff and is well priced for its class. Atilla was one of the many being particularly friendly and helpful. WiFi download speed is good upload speed is extremely slow.
In short: A hidden gem, quite literally … taxi rides required for any visit.
