Great

Very nice and the employees are incredibly friendly. Breakfast was delicious and attentive. It’s a treat to sit on the terrace and watch the night view, sunset, and sunrise.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was incredible (one of the best I've ever had), and the room was perfectly fine for the price. The bathroom was a little rundown but the water pressure was great. I would give 5 stars but the beds werent super comfortable and mine was noticeably leaning to the side.

Grand groos Hotel

Amazing Hotel if I come back again to istanbul I will go to there again one they have very delicious breakfast and the room it was so cool. They cleaned our room every day.

Noisy and impoverished 2-star hotel

Access to the reception on the first floor is done on a narrow staircase.
Difficult to climb with your luggage.
There is a lift from the reception but only at first floor.
The rooms are with cheap furniture and clean but worn sheets. With holes ... Very small bathroom without any suport for towels.
Very much street noise.
The windows do not isolate the sound.
Breakfast nothing spectacular. Poor coffee.
The hotel is for traders because it is located on a street with many warehouses with children's clothes that sell only wholesale.
Until the Grand Bazaar you can walk 20 minutes on foot, but you have to climb a very steep slope.
There is a 150-meter car park with 6 euro a day.
The street is very busy double but does not close during the day as it happens with the adjacent streets.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a minimarket. In the area there are small bistros where you can eat well and cheap with 4 euros a meal.

Расположение отеля хорошее. В середине базара, недалеко остановка трамвая. Чистота соблюдается, хотя мягкая мебель требует чистки. Персонал отличный. Заселили быстро. Традиционно встретили чаем и кофе. Мебель в номере старая изношенная. Матрац и подушки тоже старые. Убирают каждый день с заменой полотенец. Отель предназначен для тех, кто приехал на короткий срок. Мы только ночевали, а днем гуляли. Чай кофе и соки круглосуточно бесплатно. Завтрак однообразный, но сытный и вкусный. Если вы приехалина базар, хотите чем дешевле переночевать, посетить Истанбул чем дешевле, этот очень даже неплохой вариант. Цена соответствует качеству.
