Personeller iyiydi ve yardımcıydı fakat duş alırken sıcak su yoktu buz gibi, balkonum kapısı ne açlılıyordu nede kapanıyordu aralıklı bir şekilde sıkışmıştı, çarşaflarda leke vardı ve hiç temiz değildi görsellerle hiçbir alakası yoktu otelin, mall of İstanbul’a yakın olması dışında hiçbir artısı yok konumun hatta kenar mahalle gibi hiç tekin değil, otelde kalan bir aileye rastlamadım hep çift gibi görünen insanlar vardı ve bütün gece odalarından ses geliyordu tavsiye etmiyorum. Temizlik ve Hijyen konusunda berbattı.

Hotel tres sale ! Chambre en mauvaises états avec l’odeur des cigarettes
Serviettes sales avec des taches jaunes
Matelas confortable mais avec des poiles partout !
La nuit a du bruit dans les chambres des gens qui mettent la musique tard la nuit, les fenêtres sont mal isolés.
Les agents à l’accueil sont sympas
La femme de menage n’est pas passé il fallait que je demande.

Klima çalışmıyor, tv kumandası çalışmıyor sampuan ve ketl yoktu. Ayrıca oda çok dardı. Odanın ortasında bina kolonu vardı
