Limited Pension!

Pension does not deserve 4*,certainly it is well located on laley street,easy access to tram,metro,I.did not appreciate the breakfast service which does not have many varieties (not rich) so there the servers catastrophic!!! The coffee machine often out of order, every day a lack....,so the service mediocre room (no change of sheets)...

Hotel disaster the sheets do not change pa 0000.room cleaning do not talk about it00 0.the breakfast not varied 00 but it is located near tram and metro and large baza. Mosque.the tourist area in general.n deserves not 4 stars really disappointed

Not recommended

Bad service, they didn’t clean the room good, and same breakfast every day.
The staff is not friendly
We asked many time to clean the room good and replace the glasses and we didn’t get good answer from reception

The staff were rude, they don’t speak English and they don’t try to understand and help you. The shower was not working we asked them to fix it each day but we left and they didn’t, also the don’t clean the rooms they just fix the bed everyday we stayed for 7 days they never changed the bed sheets.
