Excellent place to stay

I had a wonderful stay at Pera Tulip Hotel.
The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The SPA facilities were fantastic and provided a great way to relax and unwind.
Overall, a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent staff, and facilities. I would happily stay again.

Great Location but an Old Hotel

Exceptionally close to the metro, Istiklal Street and Galata Tower, all within a short walk. Only the cleaning staff were warm, polite, and welcoming, there was a language barrier but because of translate app they were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was decent and enjoyable. But the hotel itself is old and in desperate need of renovation. Rooms are far too small, i booked for a group of four (two adults and two children), but only three of us traveled, because if all four of us had come, there would have been absolutely no space to walk. The windows are not soundproof, due to it location there are many cafes and bar near by and as we were on the 1st floor and it was a weekend, we could here people chat late in the night. The bathroom lacked a lock, basic amenities were missing, and the in-room safe was broken. Dinner was a major disappointment, consisting mostly of just salad. Front desk and dining staff were inattentive and unwelcoming, as they did not interact with us that much, but we could see them interacting with others, which was quiet odd.

Needs work.

The photos on Love holidays website were very deceiving. The rooms are abit dated, fixtures and fittings need working on, the swimming pool is a lot smaller then it looks on the website, the jacuzzi had missing tiles, the paint work looked horrible and the steam room wasn’t working properly. The food was mediocre and the night receptionist was no help when it came to verifying our transfer back to the airport. The only good thing was that the hotel is close to the metro, so getting to the grand bazaar and other shopping areas was easy to get to.

Horrible

The worst hotel ever. Very disrespectful stuff especially a guy he calls himself the manger his name is Cesar. The AC unit doesn't work. I told them 4 times in 3 days period and they never do anything about it. There is always bad smell in the room also. The room cards doesn't work more than a day or 2 days at max. I don't know how this hotel counts as 4 stars

A clean, quiet place near the metro, which families can confidently choose.
a business. We would also like to thank Mr. Mehmet, who made us feel at home with his friendly demeanor and attentiveness from the moment we entered.
