Near IST Auirport but not easy to find with public transport

My stay at PILOT HOTEL was not planned. Because my boss made a booking error I was forced to spend one night at IST. The only access to that place was an overpriced "shuttle", 50 Euro for a 5km return trip in a huge van alone. At the hotel all was OK, cleanliness and friendliness although I arrived at midnight. The B&H shuttle was slow, not recommendable. Pilot hotel is small, maybe 10 small rooms. The size of the shower was for dwarfs only.

Poor communication

Accomodation was Closed and we were not advised.
Unable to get our money back as we or booking.com were unable to contact them.
Beware of this so called accommodation
