One of the shower heads didn't work upon arrival. We had to ask reception and were told someone would come the following day to fix. The receptionist had trouble speaking English as well.

The hotel was located in a very convenient location to Sultanahmet Square. Lots of traffic though. Please be careful. The staff were extremely helpful. They were probably some of the best I have met. The roof top patio was not set up. There was no bar. And the restaurant was around the corner. There were no laundry facilities as noted in the hotels.com post. For a fee, they will send your clothes out to be cleaned.

Room was cleaned everyday. Friendly staff. Small room but for us was what we needed. Will book again if we come we go to Istanbul again.
