Good place, outstanding location but street a bit noisy but as well vibe is iconic . Especially I like personals.

Nice place, I strongly recommend to stay here if you like historical and cultural places. Such a good service. There is multiply nations living together. Near to sea and nice comfortable location to access public transports . Overall, you never lose your money

That’s a scam

We strongly advise against this!
That’s a scam!
They sell rooms with photos of the main hotel, then say there's no more room and put you in a low-end hotel 10 minutes away.
The wifi doesn't work, the shower door is broken, the towels are stained, the bathroom is tiny and in very poor condition.
What's more, the hotel manager is unresponsive and won't give us a discount for this last-minute room change.

Scam !!

‼️this hotel is a scam!
We booked a room a week in advance, and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were no rooms available, so we were taken to another hotel of lower quality.
We found ourselves in a very small room, with stained towel, a bathroom with broken door and shower head, and mold. What's more, the building of the alternative option is poorly soundproofed and the wifi doesn't work.
We have tried to contact the manager regarding our dissatisfaction and the problematic situation, who is not responding and no refund or reduction is possible. We highly recommend you avoid this place to save money, time and energy during your stay ‼️

A very poor customer service

A beautiful restored building full of taste exactly as in photos.
BUT..
The receptionnist-a so-called Osman- was at least unwilling to do his job.He demanded to get paid when we arrived,didn't give us any directions or information.Nobody came to clean the room for 5!!!!! days,we asked for towels and had to clean ourselves.We asked for bedsheets instead of a heavy duvet and he offensed us saying that we were the first visitors to ask something like that ( full summer -35 degrees!!)
The door's code didn't work at night we were knocking as well the other customers did and nobody opened the door except from a next to door neighbour.When we asked or call him, he never answered.Being a "boutique" hotel means a large gamme of quality signs.Tourism means good manners and high levelled services.Maybe someone has to teach poor Osman to behave as a professionnal....
