Very bad hotel
The hotel is too bad
The following reasons have been considered worst for the hotel hustle
الاول lack of personality
The room is divided by wooden doors means in wooden doors open on the second room only closed f the voices to the room by being in our possession and vice versa true to the volume of wood doors the room beside us no attempts to open the door from the other party thought of the newcomers it is the door to his
Second impairment
Narcotics, bullshit, and bruises
Third ( misconduct )
Too bad deal with hosts to pay a crown
Fourth general lack of services
No toothbrush, no soap, even after cleaning the room, no water, no coffee, no mints, no soaps
Reach out and request and arrive in half an hour
And the bigger problem is that my residence in Turkey was 8 days and the second day I put some washing bags after 6 days at the time of my departure film was used and sad he paid me the price of the washing 1000 liras Turkey which is equivalent to $28

I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the worst for the following reasons:
First, no privacy.
The rooms are divided by wooden doors. One wooden door opens into the next room, but it's closed, so we hear all the noises from that room and vice versa. We can even hear the snoring of the next room, and new guests often try to open the door from the other side, thinking it's the door to their room.
Second, lack of cleanliness.
The pillows, cushions, and linens have hair and stains on them.
Third, poor service.
The staff treat guests very badly, even demanding tips.
Fourth, lack of basic services.
There are no toothbrushes or soaps. Even after cleaning the room, they don't replenish the water, coffee, tissues, or soap. I have to call and order everything, and it takes half an hour to arrive. The biggest problem is that I was staying in Turkey for eight days, and on the second day, I put some laundry in. It wasn't ready for six days, right by my departure time, so I didn't get any use out of it. The worst part is they charged me 1000 Turkish Lira (approximately $28) for the laundry service.
I only received it upon my departure.
A terrible experience. I do not recommend it and will never go there again, even if I have to sleep on the street.
I will write all of this in every language to help tourists like myself.

There are pillows, sheets, and sheets with hair and stains.
Third, poor service.
The staff treats guests very badly, even asking for a gift.

No toothbrush or soap. Even after cleaning the room, water, coffee, linen, or soap aren’t refreshed. I have to search and order everything, and it takes half an hour to arrive. The biggest problem was that I stayed in Turkey for eight days and didn’t throw the laundry in the machine the second day. For six days, I didn’t use it because it wasn’t ready for my exact departure time. In addition, they paid me! Laundry cost 1,000 Turkish Liras, or $28.

Very good hotel
A good hotel for a stay in istanbul. Room clean and made every day. Very good location .Welcoming up to the challenge only a small problem is the breakfast I found a little poor to my taste

My Disastrous Experience with SORRISO HOTEL DUE / Istanbul
This hotel is an absolute disgrace. The receptionist clearly has no place in the hospitality industry — rude, unprofessional, and either shockingly stupid or pretending to be. The breakfast setup is a joke — no concept of refills, and it’s apparently normal for them to tell guests they don’t serve coffee. The juice is nothing but flavored water, and the food is completely tasteless.
I went down to the breakfast area at 6:55 AM, just five minutes before the official start time, and they had the audacity to refuse entry and tell me to come back. All I asked for was a simple cup of coffee, and instead of basic courtesy, I was told to order it through room service — even though room service didn’t provide any coffee in the room to begin with!
Everything about this place screams cheapness and hostility, and worst of all, it was painfully clear they despise tourists — especially Arabs. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Sorezo due????
Rooms handed over on the day of my arrival at the hotel on November 25th and 26th to a window of 50 cm by 1.30 m overlooking a ventilation shaft, while my reservation said a 4 star hotel, my God you can imagine the clash we suffered with my bourgeoisie,
Breakfast is very average, a week without any variety
