Kindness and cleanliness
Much beyond expectations. I chose this place for its excellent ratings but I must say that expectations were greatly exceeded.
New environment, large, clean and welcoming rooms.

Pathetic experience
Excellent location as there are lot of eateries around and the vibe in the evening is amazing. Very close to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi etc too. But we were utterly disappointed with the room which was smelling so musky. There was even some dampness on the walls. The lighting was also quite poor. The main light in the room was not working but they didn't offer an alternate room to us and just asked us to adjust. No such courtesy on their part. The room did not have the vibe that appears in the photos. Most importantly, the managers were so inhospitable that they have no business being in the hospitality business. We did not find any value for the amount we paid.
We were leaving with our bags and asked if we could use a toilet and they just said they don't have a common toilet. I'm pretty sure it's possible to help a guest but showing them to another toilet but they couldn't be bothered. We had a bottle to throw and asked if we could throw it in a trash can and he just directed us to a trash can outside on the street. Ridiculously unpleasant people. There was just one kind man on the property but dealing with everyone else was a pathetic experience. Please avoid.

As I have arrived 8 am in the morning which I told them before and they said no problem I can check in that time, first no one was opening the door. after 1 hour the rudest guy in the earth opened it and said we can’t check in now, we have to be back at 2 pm as no rooms are empty. When I showed them the message between me and the property manager which confirmed we can check in by 8 am. Then he started saying different things and asked for £100 for 6 hours. I said no way and humbly requested him to let us check in as we were very tired. He said no finally I paid £60. for 6 hours.
When entered in the room I was shocked to see it. it was so tiny room broken shower no place to put toilet roll and towel and the sink has only very cold water.
The second day my friend was locked in the toilet for over 1 hour. the guy from the reception came and tried to ope but he couldn’t so he called some one else and after an hour the guy came in and finally opened the door.
We been told the door will be fixed by next day morning, unfortunately it never been fixed till we have left the hotel.
They never change the bed sheet or clean the room & toilet. It was a horrible experience. I been to Türkiye 5 times and this stay was one and only worst one.

Our first accommodation in Turkey
This Inn offers three distinct room categories and Awards are proportional. If you opt for the economy category, expect a small room with little light without a balcony, but the Award is honest considering the excellent location near the main tourist attractions. On site, we opted for a larger room, lit and with balcony even if it means paying a little more. In the evening we heard the music of the surrounding restaurants, we liked it. If you are sleeping early, you should rent a room away from restaurants. Mehmet, one of the managers or property owner, is friendly. He speaks little English, but does his best to serve us.

A szobák tiszták, a kukákat naponta ürítik, a vécépapírt, ha kifogyott, újratöltik, a szobákat napi szinten takarítják.
A személyzet nagyon kedves.
Központi elhelyezkedése van, pár perc gyaloglásra villamos és buszmegálló, boltok, éttermek.
