Enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay in the heart of Bakırköy.
Despite the hotel's central location, we had a comfortable and peaceful stay in our room. The room cleaning was really meticulous; our room with a jacuzzi was spacious, well-maintained, and exactly as it appeared in the photos. The staff's approach was also friendly and helpful.
For those who want to be in a central location in Bakırköy while also staying in a clean and comfortable place, this is a great option. We would choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Absolutely terrible
I checked in at 2:00 AM on the night of June 3rd to June 4th and paid the two-day fee in advance for room 202, which has a jacuzzi. However, the room doesn't even come close to justifying the exorbitant price they charge. The air conditioner was set to turn off automatically every 10 minutes, which kept me awake all night. The mini-fridge and room quality were very poor. They had placed the jacuzzi right in the middle of the room, the television was tiny, and its remote was broken. Moreover, the room faced a blind side.
Despite this embarrassing experience, I had to leave at 3:30 PM the next day due to work and requested a refund for the second day I wouldn't be staying. For the room they charged 3500 TL for daily, they first ridiculously said, "We can refund 1000 TL," and then offered a completely unlawful excuse, violating consumer law, saying, "We can't issue a refund because you paid yesterday."
They charge exorbitant prices for a dilapidated, substandard room, and they're also keeping payment for services I didn't receive. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Definitely stay away, it's a waste of money.
