Great little hotel
We was provide this hotel as part as my treatment package . Lovely clean hotel. The beautiful smell that hits you as soon as you enter is lovely as is in the room also (404. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeper were great and attentive.

Unprofessional staff
I am a tour guide in Turkey. So we travel usually and stay in different hotels in different places eveyday. In our job, the service you get in a hotel is very important. Greymark is a small and clean hotel but the service you get , especially in the reception is very unprofessional.. The way they talk to people ans especially the way they try to solve the problem whenever you have is very unprofessional. For example , we had to get an early breakfast but they didn t inform me about that they coul not have enough food almost nothing in the breakfast.The mist important there was none in the restaurant to whom you would talk because they have not come yet. The man who is suppoded to be bellboy was taking care of the restaurant . My group had 28 people , they put 28 eggs when uy was finished , they told me the group 2 days ago , didnt eat eggs so they put only one for each person. But they told this in a very bad mannered way. At the website it says they have fitnees and soa bit they donot have. They have some machines bit the rool is not working as a fitness room. It is always closed( almost for tso years) it smells, there ard some oaint on the machines so they akways say tgey have but indeed they donot have. So don t belive in them. There are so many things to saybut they must first of all profesional tourism staff to work with the foreigners…

Meets your needs and more
We were already staying here for a medical visit, the hotel was part of my package . We decided to stay longer as we enjoyed our stay so much . The hotel is super clean , the lobby and rooms always smelt 1010 and the food is lovely. Totally recommend the steak Roquefort. All the staff were super friendly and English speaking too .

Room was warm air conditioning not available had to open the window and opposite the train station and mosque was so quiet
Breakfast was tardy quite often no cutlery or glasses for juice, water was warm and staff were unfriendly except the lady in the restaurant staff don’t smile or just seem unhappy been here many times but won’t return very downhill I hope the owners read this
Also the dentists no longer use this hotel and for good reason
Hairdryers don’t work in bedrooms they know this
Carpets are stained and terrible
Duvet is a double for a king with 2 pillows
Breakfast was tardy quite often no cutlery or glasses for juice, water was warm and staff were unfriendly except the lady in the restaurant staff don’t smile or just seem unhappy been here many times but won’t return very downhill I hope the owners read this
