From the time I checked in (late in the evening) until the moment I checked out the Hay - my experience was excellent. I was greeted in English ( I do not speak Turkish) and made to feel very welcome. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and the location could not have been better. I walked out the door and down the most lively avenue full of shopping and restaurants and it was all so lovely - a fantastic location. For three days I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the Hay staff. Highly recommend!

Great location, hotel is good, we stayed one night before our early flight. It was clean. Seems like old hotel but it has been taken care very well!

Hotel is in a great location, at the end of a busy central street in Alsancak. Staff was also helpful in calling for a taxi, which I appreciated.

Reseption staff remember my name and received me very frindly.
Breakfast also is good. If I can order fried egg, I will be very happy.

Like a second home.

As every year, our stay at the Hay Hotel was simply beautiful. The hotel has become like a second home to me. I always enjoy coming back and feel welcome from the very first moment.
A special thank you once again to Şehsuvar, who gave everything to ensure we felt completely comfortable. His dedication and warmth make every stay something special.
Also, a big thank you to the cleaning team. Our suite sparkled after every cleaning and was always impeccably clean. This care and the effort of the entire team deserve great recognition.
I am already looking forward to my next visit to the Hay Hotel!
