Also, a big thank you to the cleaning team. Our suite sparkled after every cleaning and was always impeccably clean. This care and the effort of the entire team deserve great recognition.

Nice hotel with poor service
- excellent location: at the beginning of the waterfront, near dozens of cafes, shops, train to the airport;
– friendly staff at the front desk who are available to assist;
- Junior suite consists of two rooms, with a large balcony. The rooms have everything you need, including 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, safe, comfortable large bed, minibar, tea, coffee. In the bathroom delicious smelling cosmetics and soap, toothbrushes, hygiene kits, slippers;
- delicious breakfast: assorted cheeses, sausage, jams, honey, pastries, eggs, vegetables, bread, cottage cheese, salads, tea, coffee. It's all very kind.
Cons of the hotel:
- with the windows closed from the street noise, as with open: cars and neighbouring construction can be heard;
The smell of tobacco was present in the room. They never understood: pulls from the ventilation or the room itself is smoked;
- poor service: until 3.30 p.m. the room was not cleaned, water was not brought, towels were not changed. They didn't do it until after the reception call. At breakfast, kitchen staff are constantly carried between the guests, with large trays of dishes, without giving way, going to the shoes.
The hotel is generally good, but we need to fix the customer service.
