A comfortable, relaxing and peaceful holiday
Considering the price, we were very satisfied with our holiday. It has become a popular choice for families with children. I'm still at the hotel now, this is my 4th time. Nowadays. Overall it's good. Apart from red meat, there is a wide variety of dishes. Once, we had lamb stew for dinner. Mainly chicken and fish. Vegetable dishes are also available. The snack bar offers sausage sandwiches and french fries. Only one day did the hot dog sandwiches run out early. The staff are very helpful, although not the most friendly, everyone is doing their job. I encountered some unhappy, stressed staff a couple of times, but it seemed like a one-off incident and it wouldn't be fair to attribute it to the hotel as a whole. The animation team is well-intentioned, but I think the pool activities, especially those during the day, are too short. Located right on the seafront. The sea is beautiful in the mornings. Then the wind can pick up and create waves. Water shoes are recommended, especially when entering the water; the initial rocky area is followed by sand, but there are rocks, so caution is advised. There are jet ski and speedboat tours on the beach, which I don't think belong to the hotel. The jet ski costs 3,000 per person, and the ride lasts 15 minutes for one person. If I ever come across this area again, I might consider staying here. Room cleaning is done daily. The rooms, bathrooms, and toilets are new. The air conditioners cool very well. The tour group arrived at the entrance, a queue formed at the reception, the waiting was stressful for people, but this should be considered a normal situation, especially during the season. We do exercise in the mornings. The disco is available after 11 pm in the evenings. It is available in games like billiards and Okey (a Turkish card game). The number of sun loungers can be increased slightly depending on the number of guests. In the mornings, there's a fight to grab a sun lounger. There was a security guard constantly on duty at the aqua park, actively working, and it was a lot of fun, especially for the kids.

Could be much better
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is a bit older, but it is very clean and well maintained. The rooms have been renovated, are spotless, and housekeeping does a great job every day.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breathtaking view. Waking up to the sea, the island across the water, and the palm trees was unforgettable. It is truly one of the most beautiful views I’ve experienced.
The biggest downside is the main restaurant during peak hours. You have to wait in long queues for the main dishes and buffet, which feels more like a school cafeteria than a relaxing holiday. If you accidentally stand in the wrong place, people are quick to get annoyed. The food itself is tasty, but salads and desserts are very repetitive. On the positive side, there is a good variety of main courses, and almost every evening there is something different to try.
One thing that surprised me was the lack of traditional Turkish sweets like Turkish delight, and there was no ice cream at all. For an all-inclusive hotel during the summer, this was quite disappointing. Breakfast is good, but I also noticed there was no ayran and no regular tea bags—only strong Turkish tea, which may not suit everyone’s taste.
As for the bars, the wine and soft drinks were the best options. The cocktails (if they can even be called cocktails) were disappointing and served in paper cups at the beach bar, even when sitting at the tables. Most of the bartenders were not particularly friendly and spoke very limited English. However, one young blond bartender at the restaurant bar was exceptional—very friendly, spoke excellent English, and genuinely cared about the guests. The young woman at the restaurant entrance also deserves recognition. She was always smiling, welcoming, and communicated confidently in English.
The sea is beautiful. There are quite a few stones near the shore, but further in it becomes much sandier, and I personally loved swimming there.
Another major issue is the beach umbrellas, both on the beach and on the grassy area. They provide almost no shade, so unless you manage to sit under a palm tree, you can easily get sunburned. Many of the umbrellas are broken, bent, and too low. Some of the sunbed mattresses were moldy, and several loungers were damaged. This is definitely something the hotel should improve.
The large swimming pool is constantly full of small children. Considering there are also large water slides, I think more attention should be paid to safety. Either there should be some restrictions for very young children, or a better safety system should be introduced.
The entertainment was almost entirely in Turkish. Occasionally a few English words were used, but most activities and announcements were only in Turkish. The music throughout the day was also almost exclusively Turkish and repeated the same playlist every day, with very little variety. One of the animators barely spoke English, which was surprising for someone working in guest entertainment at an international resort.
Overall, we enjoyed our holiday thanks to the beautiful location, clean rooms, and stunning views. However, there are several areas that need improvement to make international guests feel more comfortable. Better English communication from the staff, improved beach facilities, more variety in the food and entertainment, and a more organized restaurant experience would make a significant difference. With these improvements, this hotel could provide an even better experience for its guests.

Holidays that turn into poison
1. The hotel is extremely crowded; you can't find a table at meals, and you can't find any sun loungers at all.
Because it's a child-friendly hotel, there's an unusually high child population; it's like a giant nursery, making it impossible to relax.
3. We stayed for ten days and couldn't stand the flies. We told them repeatedly, but they only sprayed pesticides twice.
4. The food was sloppy; they just sautéed and watered down the previous day's leftovers and served them up again the next day.
5. The food queue sometimes stretched for meters; it could take more than half an hour to get your food and go to a table.
6. There weren't enough meals, so they would immediately heat up frozen meatballs and bring them over.
7. For the past five days, I've asked for cleaning but they haven't done anything. They didn't even bring water to the room; we had to go and get our own water.
8. They added a market to the hotel, and everything is much more expensive than the market price.
9. On the 8th day, they sold us a phone case from the store, verbally guaranteeing it was waterproof. Water got into our phone, rendering it unusable. On top of that, they started a fight. I told them I was going to consumer court and asked them to get out of the way and just tell me the company name, but they didn't even tell me that. They offered absolutely no support.
10. The sausage they served for breakfast was clearly spoiled and smelled awful.
11. The plates were dirty; even if we set them aside because they were dirty, they would put them back with the clean ones as soon as we left.
12. The adult pool was 140 cm deep. Swimming was impossible; you couldn't drop a pin without it hitting someone. When you tried to swim, hairs would get tangled around your toes. Even though we sat and walked around the pool until late at night, I never saw them clean it.
13. There was probably more urine than water in the children's pool.
14. For those who say "I hope our holiday this year is ruined," I wish them a good dose of poison.

We cut our vacation short…
The food was below average. The drinks are very poor quality. There are soras everywhere. It's extremely noisy. We didn't even get a chance to go into the pool. It's full of children, and the sea is bad. What a huge regret… We left too early.

Hotel with excellent value for money.
Fourth consecutive between 27.06-03.07.2026 The hotel where we stayed during the trip. Excellent value for money. Cleanliness and hygiene are good. Although the meals weren't very varied, they were filling and not upsetting. The rooms are spacious. The sea is often choppy, but beautiful. The pool and slides are satisfactory. The animation entertainment is mediocre.
