A comfortable hotel experience

We've been to this hotel for two years in a row, and its breakfast is truly top-notch compared to many other hotels. The location is a bit uphill, which made things a little challenging, but the interior is very comfortable. The prices are a bit high.

A wonderful stay in Kas

What a little gem this Hotel is! We stayed for 9 nights and can now see why it gets such consistently excellent reviews; we can only repeat what most reviewers have said already.
But perhaps the most important thing is that all the staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive (especially Tuba, who we dealt with most often) - nothing is too much trouble - and all activities are overseen by the friendly King Charles Spaniel, Chico!
The Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well equipped and our room had a good view of the sea; the breakfasts are simple but delicious; the pool area and hotel grounds are pretty and well maintained - in fact the whole hotel has been designed well and has some very pleasing finishing touches (well done Ipek!).
And of course the Hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to the the centre of Kas - a lovely, "authentic" cobbled-street town, full of good restaurants/bars and individual shops - and which we are pleased to say has changed little since we last visited about 12 years ago.
We hope to return very soon.

Wonderful family run boutique hotel in the wonderful resort of Kas!

We had a fantastic stay in Room 305 with a wonderful sea view at this charming, family-owned boutique hotel! Service was always with a smile and nothing was ever too much. The room was spotless, breakfast was fresh, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Irem, Ipek, Tugba, and Serkan for making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
