A wonderful stay with breathtaking views, spacious, clean, and in a central location.
Having previously stayed at Mavi Kıyı Suites with great satisfaction, this year's four-week holiday left us feeling very lucky and happy from beginning to end. First of all, the cleanliness and hygiene of our room were truly impeccable. We felt very comfortable and at ease, just like we were at home.
The hotel's location was also fantastic. Being centrally located, within walking distance of the square and harbor, and easy access to sightseeing was a huge advantage.
In addition, the Lighthouse room was beautifully decorated with great care, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The view we saw when we woke up in the morning, and our balcony where we could spend hours having breakfast and chatting, were some of the most beautiful details of our holiday. Some days we didn't even want to go outside; our house and balcony were nicer and more comfortable than many other places. We felt very lucky every time we woke up. It was wonderful to be mesmerized by the colors of nature at sunset and to watch Kaş from our balcony.
The hotel owner, Ms. Canan, is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I would like to thank Ms. Canan for her attentiveness and for making us feel right at home at this hotel in Kaş.

I think this is the most beautiful place to stay in Kaş, and I consider myself very lucky to have had this experience. I'm so glad my path crossed with Mavi Kıyı Suites. I had such a wonderful holiday experience that I will never forget it. I recommend everyone to experience staying here.

A perfect business.
We were very pleased with our stay here. From the moment we first entered, we were very pleased with the smiles, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff. Their willingness to help in every way, their sincere answers to our questions, and the importance they placed on guest satisfaction made us feel right at home.
The cleanliness was truly commendable. Our room was spotless from the first day to the last. Both the rooms and the common areas were extremely clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We were also pleased to find an establishment that is so meticulous about hygiene.
Its location was also a great advantage for us. We were able to easily reach many of the places we wanted to visit on foot. Thanks to its proximity to restaurants, cafes, shopping areas, and tourist attractions, we had no difficulty with transportation. We were able to explore everywhere comfortably without using our car.
We felt truly valued throughout our stay. The staff's friendliness, professionalism, and hospitality made this experience even more enjoyable. Finding a business that provides such high-quality service is truly not easy.
We sincerely thank the entire team for everything. With its cleanliness, excellent location, and warm hospitality, this is a hotel I can definitely recommend. They are very meticulous about cleanliness; the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Everyone at the establishment was extremely polite and helpful; they provide support with whatever you need, yet they do so without ever being intrusive. An excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and high-quality stay. We will stay here again on our next vacation in Kaş.

Good location, clean and kind service
Mavi Kiyi is very conveniently located, near pubs, shops and cafes. View from rooms (ours was first floor) was amazing, I attached a photo. Cutlery and kitchenware was enough and clean for cooking, tea and coffee. Mrs. Canan was really kind and checked our needs regularly. I stayed with my sister and highly recommend for a cozy stay in Kas.
