“nice hotel for a short stay in Kayseri”.

We stayed just one night at the BÜPA DELUXE HOTEL because we arrived late at night and preferred not to travel further that day/night.
The hotel is just 600 meters from the heart of Kayseri (Kayseri Cumhuriyet Meydani) and 7.5 kilometers from ASR Kayseri Airport. It appears to be newly opened this year. Despite arriving at 3 AM, the reception was attentive, making our check-in quick and friendly. The corridors, rooms, and breakfast area in the cellar were all good. Overall, we had a positive experience. It took us a little time to get the AC functioning properly. While the rooms weren't particularly spacious, they were sufficient for three people. Everything appeared to be new and well-maintained. The room featured parquet flooring, -cozy-, and offered ample charging points for your devices. The bathroom was well-kept, though some finishing touches could be improved (this is often the case in Turkey, where quantity sometimes outweighs quality). A standout feature was the underfloor heating and illuminated mirror in the bathroom (a lovely detail)!
The breakfast was enjoyable. I felt like we were the only guests. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into arranging everything neatly, and there was a wide variety of options. They were also very polite. Is there a downside? Yes, the location itself isn't very impressive, and the view from the windows leaves much to be desired. However, I still recommend this hotel.

Saves only the bed and dimensions

Slept a single night passing through Kayseri. Double room spacious and bright, large beds and with great mattress that does not sink, decent bathroom. The problem is that the walls are made of cardboard, you can hear everything from the rooms next door, including the low-volume TV or a person talking on the phone or coughing, which happened late into the night. Breakfast very "Turkish" and little "international", very impractical staff with English.

The rooms are spotlessly clean!

Very nice hotel. I don’t know if there is a dining room. The cleanliness and layout of the rooms attracted a lot of attention. Nice hotel. I liked it. I recommend Recommendation.

Correct if you're lucky enough to have a room without a cigarette smell

Cons:
_ Excruciating cigarette smell in some rooms.
_ No sound insulation. When people arrive in the middle of the night in the rooms on the same floor, it's a horror.
_ Staff does not speak a word of English
Pros:
_ If you're lucky enough to have a room that no one smoked in, they're pretty clean
_ Breakfast OK
_ Drinks (tea, coffee, water) at the Self Service Refectory H24

Bupa Hotel is excellent.

We were so happy to find this gem of a hotel in Kayseri. The rooms and bathroom are a good size and with comfortable beds. The cleaning staff is excellent and your water and tea/ coffee is replenished every day. Breakfast is wonderful , with a wide variety to select from.We stayed for seven days and never had to ask for something. The location is in a very quiet area , but close to the tram line and only about 1.2 km from the main square and castle. All the staff are helpful and friendly and at reception everyone could help us in English. The young man Can at reception never tired to answer our questions. Highly recommend this hotel when you visit Kayseri.
