A souvenir from a lovely trip to Kemer.

The hotel rooms were actually quite adequate and comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe room; the room was very clean and we liked it very much in every respect. The view from the balcony of room 404 was especially beautiful. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite. They did everything they could to make us comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

In terms of price, taste, and accommodation, it's superior compared to similar hotels.

The location is close to the beach, the staff are friendly, and the price-performance ratio is quite good compared to similar hotels

wasn't sure the un-ironed sheets had been washed, but presumed so. The surfaces were clean, except under beds wardrobes. All towelrails were missing and their brackets were missing. The Aircon struggled to keep the room above 25 degrees. The staff although speaking very limited English were very helpful and did things to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Be careful, as the pool area is very slippery due to the porcelain tiles. I fell and the pool drainage grids caused a fair amount of blood, so be careful - again building or safety standards non-existent.

No ! No ! No ! Disgusting conditions !

I have never seen such a dusty rooms ! Everything is dirty , in the bathroom hairs from previous guests , varnish cups with dirt ! Every breakfast was the same dishes ! on the dinner chicken snacks and nuggets all the time ! There was no towels in the room ! Very unpleasant stuff ! No one in the hotel speaks English or Russian , they speak only Turkish !We were unresponsive to any requirement. O.M.G I cant believe that I have been in such a disgusting conditions it was shock and hell !!!!

Great hotel . I just come for weekend . Stayed there last weekdn .. New management new changes made great service and super friendly personal .very clean room and good food. one of the my favorite in kemer now
