The staff was wonderful. Not speaking the language They helped me navigate the city.and what I forgot to tell them that the toilet was a bit wobbly so they could make maintenance on it. Otherwise all good.

Location : Hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the city, walking distance to almost all main attractions.
Ambiance : Well furnished, each floor has a different theme, nicely decorated.
Rooms : We were 3 families, 2 standart, 1 economy room. Economy room was compact but was still ok.
Staff : Night and day staff was like night and day. Day staff (ladies) was bery helpful and friendly, nightstaff is next chapter
Sleep : Was horrible @4th floor ! Avoid rooms in this floor because over it is a roof cafe where waiters were constantly dragging tables and chairs. Almost impossible to sleep until it closes. First night we were too tired after 7-8 hours drive and we didnot bother to call reception. Second night we came earlier and same thing. I called reception : Answer was : I’ll warn staff. Dragging and noşse continued, I called again : Answer : Its Customers not us. I then go up and there were only two tables with 2 persons each. Their staff was dragging things around ! Went back to my room called reception again : Same answer - Customers ! I told them IT IS NOT CUSTOMERS its YOUR STAFF ! Then immediately dragging stopped.
Such a nice hotel in a very nice location killing all 4th floor customers with that very unpleasant drag and receptionist behaviour, pity !
Just beware you dont stay in 4th floor !!!

Really good location, close to the centre and Mevlana places of interest. Room was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is so important for me and Think's location is perfect for my needs. U can easily reach to many historical areas on foot.
About the rooms: clean and as comfortable as possible. Just don't think you can ride a horse in the room because they're a little bit small :)
Would I stay here again? Possibly...

The room and reception areas were good and I appreciated the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was on the bottom floor vs the top as we were originally told and there wasn’t any coffee. It was a cappuccino style machine which didn’t work even when they refilled the powder. Good location, very pleasant staff, they can do better with the food.
