We arrived 24th August for 11 nights room 317. On arrival there was a problem with room so stayed at sister hotel Amour. These things happen but it was handled professionally. Lovely chilled hotel and first impressions are good. Will update throughout holiday.

Overall the hotel has been really good.
Minor things that need work:
The bar needs a cocktail menu
The air con in the restaurant needs turning up
Excellent points
Food is brilliant
The cleaner on floor 2 works exceptionally hard
The majority of staff are friendly
The showers are powerful
Great location for the shops and old town
Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel

You're amazing, Löwe!
We booked for 5 nights and 6 days. I'm so glad I met the Personnel Manager, Ms. Pınar; we loved her. I'd also like to thank the Operations Manager, Mr. Erhan. The restaurant staff and the manager, Mr. Ergün, did a great job for my daughter's birthday celebration; they were all very friendly and welcoming. And of course, we can't forget Chef Murat. The food, appetizers, and desserts were delicious. Mr. Hüseyin and the others at reception were very attentive. The hotel was clean and hygienic, the rooms were clean, the pool was adequate and very clean, the sea, the sand, the cafe, the staff – in short, everything was wonderful. You can go with peace of mind. Thank you, Löwe Hotel...

I stayed in the Löwe Hotel for two weeks and just got back home yesterday. 6 of us stayed here and this trip was honestly the best two weeks of my summer☀️ The best part was the hotel staff. Incredible service the whole time we were there. The staff made us feel so welcome and seen, and always treated us with kindness. I especially want to thank Enes who worked at the bar. He makes amazing drinks, always works with a smile on his face, actually listens to customers and made our trip so much better with his positive attitude. But overall the whole restaurant and bar staff is just amazing. The cleaners also always did a phenomenal job and the staff at the reception always helped us really well if needed The food was good and I liked that there was a couple theme nights (Turkish and fish). Pool area is nice, clean and not too crowded and I liked that you can also easily take the bus to the hotel’s own beach. Although, I would add one bus that takes from the beach to the hotel between 12:30 and 15:00. Drinks at the hotel were good but you can’t get cocktails at the beach but that wasn’t a problem for us. There was lunch available at the beach which was nice if we wanted to spend more time at the beach. The location is really good, not too far away from the old city and markets are near (maybe a 10 minute walk). You can also easily take a bus to Manavgat which has a big bazaar couple times a week. Overall, we really loved this hotel and would definitely come again!

Sad 2 weeks vacation
This was a very bad experience for the first time so the food supply was very bad, the staff in the bar was very incompetent and could not English we had to explain 3-4 times about what we want so we got wrong anyway.
The room was very unfresh as well as old building that had its faults such as it could not flush the feces and felt me as an inspector to go and get it fixed all the time about things that did not work. Cleaning was not carried out in the room when you had to take out all the bed clothes and throw on the floor.
The pool area was quite okay, as a cat owner I didn’t think it was so disgusting with cat faeces and pee smell 24/7 and cat poop by the sun loungers.
If you have the opportunity and book somewhere else do it because this will be a real headache.

Horrible.
Worst hotel ever don't come here. Found dead flies in the food served when I told staff they didn't care and continued to serve it to guests. Generally disgusting food ate fries and bread for two weeks. As for the drink, their drinks taste gross and you couldn't drink it. We didn't get our floors cleaned for two weeks and we had to take off the bedding for them to be changed. No one on the staff speaks English basically , and if you ordered two pepsi , you got a fanta instead . One of the staff spilled my drink and instead of apologising and helping to clean up he didn't say anything at all. Don't go here at all
