Everything is clean, nice and beautiful.
The service is super! Helen is s super host.
The breakfast is homemade every day by a super chef.
Location i top. You can walk around Mardin and enjoy the city.

Star of the above-and-beyond mountain

Priorities the hotel was just amazing, we couldn't imagine everything was beautiful and even faruk Mr. Vuslat and all of our friends we don't know the name of diyer thank you for your attention and concerns, also thank you for the hotel that has earned you such a hotel.

An artistic hotel

The rooms are great
The hotel stayed in rooms with quite new terrace and the morning was beautiful,
The staff is very attentive.
Didn’t chance to dine
Because they said they haven’t had a concept like this yet, and they’re making a special menu for groups:)

The textiles used in the room were very good quality and had a smell of soap.

Excellent historic hotel

This is a high quality hotel situated in three different but adjacent old houses. The atmosphere is very romantic, the restoration of the houses is good and the service is very friendly. There is a nice terrace with a view to enjoy a drink. The breakfast is exquisite: local dishes, freshest ingredients, good coffee and great service... It is worth every penny you pay. Just beware, because this is a restoration of historic houses, not all rooms are the same size and shape and some of them look uncomfortable; so choose your room wisely.

Elite & Classy Environment, Excellent Service!

We stayed in room 301 at Arura Mardin and ⁇ every moment. The hotel''s atmosphere is so elite and classy. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They made us feel even more special by preparing custom teas. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. A stay in this Mardin spirit hotel was a memorable experience. We highly recommend it to everyone!
