Staff was friendly enough. It was a very inexpensive place to stay. Room could definitely use some deep cleaning and upgrading. Had a slight sewer gas smell in the room. I’ve stayed in worse😅

Worst place in Turkey

Do not stay at this place. On arrival I went in to the hotel looking for a toilet. I was shouted at and told to F off by a member of staff until I told him I am staying at this hotel..
Then I had to pay remaining funds of my stay.
805 Lira (€20) , They “accidentally” charged me €805. I was told this would be returned by lunch time.
It was not. When asking when this would be returned I was shouted at, swore at, insulted. I remained calm during this, which made them angrier. I believe they were trying to make me react so they could keep the money.
I was told I was giving them stress for asking for my money back and when it would be returned. Odd behaviour and statement. I think it’s more stressful to have €805 taken out of your bank account.
The money took 52hrs to return to my bank.
Ali the owner is known for his aggressive behaviour and money retrieving tactic’s. Read other reviews and you will see.
The other members of staff are extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly.
Completely unhelpful and unpleasant.
I have travelled all over Turkey and have never experienced such behaviour as I have here.
So much bad energy in one place.
Save yourself some stress and do not stay here. There are other places in Pamukkale that are much better for a better price.

Absolutely not recommended

Actually, zero stars. Very unprofessional in dealing with hotel guests. Asked on arrival if we could see the rooms reserved through another website before presenting our IDs and checking in. This was vehemently and very unkindly rejected (see other comments). "First the papers." "They paid there, but not at my place"/"have not received any money/payment yet".
When we continued to insist on first being able to convince ourselves of the quality of the room booked, it became too colorful for the hotelier and said:"then they go somewhere else" and cancelled the Reservation without saying a word. After that he went towards the exit and contemplated out. We advise everyone not to book here.

A very good hotel which is a strategic location. The staffs also provide the best service for the guests like can order the taxi for you & give a direction for you. Hence, they have a spot for you to stick your country’s money at the wall so then it will be a memorable thing for you to remember.
My suggestion is hopefully this hotel will have a rooftop so that the guests can see the best view of hot air balloon.

The worst experience ever!!!! Don't even contemplate staying there.

The hotel is adequate and the location is good, but the Owner Ali is absolutely insulting!! I had been asking for days to pay my bill in advance as I was checking out early for an early morning flight. He kept on delaying & then double charged for the accommodation. He has been sending insulting WhatsApp messages when my card company rectified the charge & returned the overcharge to me. I have travelled extensively throughout the world, but have never experienced this kind of behaviour. I asked him to check his records, which he refuses to do!!
