The hotel is developing
Relaxed at this hotel from 12.06 to 27.06.26. Room 110 in the hotel's administrative building.
Antalya Airport
The tour was through the new terminal. On the way back, it's a nightmare. The terminal is huge – hanging sign to Gate XX walk 10 min., to Gate XX1 – 15 min. etc. There are no seats to sit. Only in the cafe. Huge crowds of people. In front of the Gate (we walked for over 20 minutes) there is a hall with seats. But the low ceiling (we had a Gate 68V) is cloustrophobic. Plus, it's dark. The worst experiences.
Number
Odd room hotel rooms are studios with a large L-shaped balcony. Even rooms are two bedrooms with two balconies. The larger of the balconies faces north, the smaller one faces south. The smaller room has a soft almost new double bed, TV and air conditioning.
In the larger room: 2 sofas, table and no air conditioning.
Good soundproofing.
Beach
This year the hotel beach was moved closer to the asphalt road by about 300 m. If the old beach had a shower, toilet, changing booth and a pavilion with tables and soft drinks, this year it's not. All that's left is a very narrow changing booth with bottled water inside.
The number of sunbeds increased on the beach - 9 rows of 14 sunbeds. This is much more than it was in 2025. As before, heads of nails and cutters stick out in various places of the wooden flooring.
On the wooden decking on the beach barefoot you have to walk very carefully!!!
Transfer to the beach in the new 16-seat VW Charter bus. The air conditioning works. The driver - about 50 years with glasses is very friendly. When you miss your flight it stops even on the other side of the road from the hotel and waits for the latecomers. In a situation where there are more people at the exit of the beach than fits on the bus (counting standing seats), the driver makes an extra flight. The same applies to transfers from the hotel to the beach. Thanks to him. You can't thank him enough for his good work.
Road to the beach
Not only can you take the bus to the beach, but you can also walk. As you can see, leaving the beach at 6pm with the last bus to the hotel is unacceptable to us. We were on the beach until at least 7:00 p.m.
To the beach you must walk along 2 lane asphalt road. There is a sign to the right of the road “Vox Maris Rezort”. Cross the road. Then we go straight towards the beach on a trampled wide path. Walk from the hotel to the beach 12-18 min. (who walks how).
Nutrition
It's quite diverse. Every meal was watermelon and apples. There were grapefruit, bananas, oranges and apricots. Compared to 2025, there is a new counter with vegetables, greens, etc. A large selection of cheeses, salts, stewed and grilled vegetables, turkey meat and beef, usually in 2-3 types. Once every two to three days, fish. Once there was a tuna about 2 m long that was hung and cut in the middle of a restaurant - delicious and unusual. Soup is one kind for lunch and dinner. Every day there were a few side dishes and meat dishes.
Alcohol
From a strong one, not bad rakia and gin - they are in bottles with a dispenser. White wine didn't like it, red wine didn't like it.
Staff
Very friendly. Especially the employees, the female bartender and the bus driver.
Animation
Unlike in 2025, there were animators working from 10 to 30 to 9 p.m. When they enter the restaurant, they have a weekly schedule.
Compared to 2025, there were more shows with guest artists. Enjoyed: Turkish night, performance of two different folk dance ensembles and live music. There was also a Bingo lottery.
Tourists
Russian speakers (about 50-60%, depending on arrival), Germans, Serbs, Kazakhs, Poles. Several Turkish families.
Hotel Pros
1. Well-meaning staff.
2. Renovated rooms with good soundproofing.
3. Free Wi-Fi in the yard around the reception, in part of the rooms and in the restaurant.
4. Wide beach with enough sunbeds.
5. Delivery by air-conditioned bus both from the hotel to the beach and back has improved significantly.
6. Close (10-20 minutes on foot) both the big shops (A-101, Migros, Carefour, LC Waikiki, etc.) and the ruins of ancient Side (they are not all fenced and shielded yet, but the situation is much worse now than in 2025).
7. Fixed awnings appeared over the children's pool and over part of the sunbeds by the main pool. The running time of the water slide has also increased.
8. The restaurant has not only a menu on the days of the week, but also near the dishes appeared signs with their names.
Cons of the hotel
1. The doors to the balconies weren't locked.
2. Open restaurant without air conditioning - it is hot during the day.
3. There's no air conditioning in the second room.
4. Service on the beach has been cut.
Ancient Side
Unlike in 2022, most of the antique sites in Sid have been fenced off and require entrance fees, not insignificant. Compared to 2025, in 2026, the situation deteriorated dramatically – a lot of attractions are surrounded by shields and there is no entrance to them. So far there is no entrance to the amphitheatre - there has been a crane installed there for 2 years.
The main attraction of the Side Temple of Apollo is surrounded by iron hoops all over the height - there is no approach to it. The passage to this Temple along the sea is also closed. We must pass between the shields and through the Temple of Athena.
They also ruined the fountain at the entrance to Sid with a new business in the form of porticoes and columns. Overall, the Turks have lost their sense of reality. They think that in their ancient times, fenced and densely saturated tourists will go in droves and pay mad money for it. Probably tourists, for the most part, won't do that. After all, you can simply inspect for free the antiquities not yet fenced, and what is behind the fence and for a fee - well, this is a newcomer especially for locals.
Compared to 2025, the hotel has changed

3. There is an awning, both over the children's pool and over part of the sunbeds by the main pool.
4. The range of food at the restaurant became wider and nameplates appeared.

WONDERFUL seaside vacation!!
They rested with a family of five from 27.07 to 3 August. The tour operator advised about 5 different hotels, but I chose Dream of side because of the reviews of the sea: that here its very clean beach with sand, and did not miss - the holiday is just WONDERFUL!!!! The hotel is located within walking distance from the center (old town with ancient ruins, Temple of Apollo, Colosseum), to the sea on foot for 20 minutes, but we drove back and forth by transfer, the driver is a hero! Always checking to see if anyone was still on the beach, walking, calling to take everyone to the hotel. Shuttle runs every hour, super convenient!! We spent the first three days stranded on the sea, then burned down and realized that a clock transfer was great! We only drove from 8 to 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. so we wouldn't end up sunburned. The child, aged 7 and 19, was equally excited about the water slide. The pool is clear, there are many sunbeds in the shade! The staff are KIND, trying very hard, we liked everything!!! As already written in the reviews, we too were not immediately checked into a room, but were taken to a nearby hotel, but I did not understand the outrage of the previous reviewers at all - the Gasipasa hotel was also cool, clean, cozy, we were taken and brought, immediately fed, everyone tried very hard, the attitude towards the guests is careful and respectful. Dream of side gave a huge room with a spacious balcony on the 1st floor and a separate bed for the baby. The older children were first given a room with one large bed - it could not be spread out, we asked for a change and the next day they were moved to a larger room with separate beds. Nutrition is varied, everything is delicious, lots of fruit and vegetables. Cold ice shakes in this heat are actually the thing! There's always free cold water on the beach. In short, this is the PERFECT option for a relaxed family vacation at sea. I am very grateful to the Dream of side staff for their unforgettable holiday and I warmly recommend it to all families with children. P.s it is important that even though the hotel had almost no available places, very many guests, there were always free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach!!! In this heat, that's all that matters. Value for money family hotel
The rooms are clean, and the food is adequate for the hotel price. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Zübeyde Hanım, Kamil Bey, and Kamile Hanım for their warm smiles and helpfulness. The hotel is also conveniently located, close to both the beach and the market. A visit to the ancient city of Side in the evening is a must.

Nice hotel for the family
Cozy family hotel in a good location with friendly staff, free shuttle bus to the beach with sunbeds. Every day there is something to do. Food is fine and so are the rooms.

Lovely experience!
We stayed for one week with Dream of Side in the end of June, and I enjoyed a lot this experience. There are some very negative reviews, but let's keep in mind this is a 3-star reasonable price hotel! Below you can find my detailed review:
1. Location - great location in the city center, so in the evening you can walk around, do some local shopping, visit cafes and not simply stay in the resort, as it open happens in Turkey.
2. Territory. Very cozy and green! It's very nice to sit in the garden enjoying your drink in the evening. Not very big, but enough. There is a swimming pool with a waterslide, kids pool, playground, relax zone with rocking chairs and table tennis. As for the pool - seems there might not be enough sunbeds if the hotel is fully booked, but during our stayt it was fine. The pool closes at 19, which is a bit early, would be great to have a chance to use it at least till 20.
3. Beach. It's about 6 minutes bus trip and 20 minutes on foot. We tried walking, but it was extremely hot. There are hourly transfers to the beach, the driver is very kind and nice and he goes back if there are not enough places in the bus for someone. The only disappointment is that the last transfer from the beach is 18 15, which is TOO EARLY. Would be amazing to have it around 20. The beach itself is nice, there are many sunbeds. Would be also great to have a chance to buy some drinks and snacks on the beach, for now they only offer free water.
4. Rooms. We had 2-room apartment with 2 balconies. Simple yet clean and nice, everything functioned well.
5. Food and drinks. We went on All-inclusive package. Food is simple, but fine, always enough for all guests. Local drinks are fine. I absolutely enjoyed local sweets!
6. WiFI. Free Wifi is available only in the reception and restaurant zones, for rooms they suggest paid options, but we didn't use them.
7. Staff. The hotel team really feels like family. They are very friendly and attentive! Some team members speak very limited English, but we always managed to understand each other.
8. Animation. I am not a big fan of day animation, still there was some (water polo, gymnastics). For evenings they turn on music, and on some nights you can enjoy live music or play bingo. Kids disco is organized as well. Music plays till 23 strictly, which is nice, as you can sleep well.
All in all it was a lovely experience, and I can definitely recommend the hotel for those looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Side.
