Great little 2 star budget hotel
Just spent 3 weeks at the lemus hotel had a really lovely relaxing time
Everything is prices in Euros in side the main pool 5 star
Theres another pool across the rd at the anex quiet no music great if you want peach and quite
Yes the hotel is 10 minute walk from all the pubs restaurants or a 2 minute taxi ride for 5 euros
Old town lovely too far to walk 10 euro taxi ride
The hotel has a private beach they take you and bring you back
Staff all lovely and friendly and all the lads at bar fantastic
The shop on site run by Adem and his wife and will do anything for you
Any information you need problems go see Adem
Rooms are dated but beds nice and clean
Just remember it’s a 2 star budget hotel you get what you pay for .
Would i go back HELL YES
Turkey prices have gone up due to inflation ect so don’t expect a cheap holiday anymore you still get your cloths nice a cheap but keep your wits about you when buying from shops .some of the hotel is rough around the edges but dont let it put you off
Food menu all ok nothing really to complain about apart from juices and coffee for breakfast
I love a game of pool but sorry the pool table is a heap of xxxx please please get a 6x3 foot new one before i come back in September
We would of payed 1 euro a game for a good table
I am disabled and they gave me room 111 which is brilliant for accessibility for reception shop pool bar
Nice cocktails in evening 2 for one 9 till ten

Cleaners need training in how to clean to a good standard

Friendly oasis
Just returned from a wonderful 12-night stay at Lemas Suite Apartments.
Although these are budget apartments, they provide a five-star experience. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet it’s within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops.
There are two lovely pool areas. The main pool has a children’s splash pool, while the adults-only pool across the road is perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation.
The apartments are basic but spotlessly clean, thanks to the lovely housekeeping staff who do a fantastic job.
The bar staff are friendly, welcoming and always go out of their way to provide excellent service.
There’s also a well-stocked on-site shop run by a lovely couple. It has everything you might need, the prices are very reasonable, and they’re happy to arrange trips and taxis—often at cheaper prices than you’ll find elsewhere in the resort.

Wonderful hotel
This is a gem of hotel to come to, two decent sized pools, the staff/manager are wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. This is the second year we've come and I'll be booking to come next July. This isn't a pretentious hotel or overcrowded for the facilities. Just a really lovely down to earth atmosphere filled with lovely staff and guests. Situated near enough to the beach, ten minute walk although we tend to stay by the pool. I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't want the prices to go up for next year because too many people are trying to book but an extremely helpful staff member asked me too and I said would.

My experience was excellent, the facilities are good in terms of quality and price, clean and tidy, the pools are very big, I love them, very peaceful... but what impressed me the most is the quality of the people who work there, they make you feel like family. Fantastic holiday: a hotel where hospitality is central
We had a fantastic holiday at Lemas Suite Hotel and will definitely come back here again.
The hotel is simple and without unnecessary luxury, but just that gives it its charm. Everything is neatly maintained and you immediately feel welcome. The large pool is an absolute asset, with more than enough sunbeds so you never have to look for a place.
We chose the formula with breakfast, so we could also discover the many nice restaurants in Side. Breakfast was a bit monotonous, but there was plenty of choice every morning to start the day right.
A few times we also had dinner in the hotel in the evening. The dishes we tasted were very tasty, freshly prepared and also very affordable.
What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and does everything to give you an unforgettable holiday. Kudos to the whole team!
The rooms are spacious enough, neatly maintained and all have a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and pool. The shop in front of the hotel also deserves a special mention. The managers are incredibly sweet and welcoming people and make you feel right at home.
Are you not looking for a large all-inclusive resort, but a cozy and small-scale hotel that is the ideal base to discover Side and the surrounding area? Then Lemas Suite Hotel is an absolute must. You can perfectly combine culture, historical sites, sun, sea, swimming pool and trips.
