Reception guest satisfaction

Throughout our stay, we were very pleased with the friendly demeanor, professionalism, and attention to guest satisfaction of the Head Receptionist, Ms. Naime. Thanks to their solution-oriented approach, attentiveness, and kindness in every matter, we feel very comfortable; Ramada Batman has become our home. His communication with the guest was extremely successful, and it was evident at every moment that he took great care in his work. I would like to thank him for his efforts and hospitality.

A wonderful experience

Ramada Batman, with its usual quality, welcomed us perfectly once again.
The only thing missing from breakfast was bird's milk (a Turkish idiom meaning something extremely rare and perfect). Anime, the lady at reception, was so kind and friendly; she really charmed us.
I would also like to thank all the other employees, Mr. Metin, Mr. Emre, and Ms. Özlem.

Room very nice and clean. Hotel new. Reception staff very friendly. Parking available. Breakfast food was normal and restaurant staff started tidying up and removing the breakfast buffet ahead of time.

Perfect hotel with an amazing staff

Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a great impression with their warm attitude, genuine smiles, and constant willingness to help with anything needed. Their hospitality was consistent throughout my stay and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable.
The breakfast was also very good. While the selection was medium in size, it was thoughtfully arranged, fresh, and more than enough to suit different tastes. Everything I tried was delicious, and it was clear that quality mattered more than simply offering a huge spread.
Overall, the hotel delivered an outstanding experience in terms of service, comfort, and atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
