Plants of choice at Giresun

One word describes everything. Perfect! Save your money do not look anywhere. That one is the right choice for your trip. Kind staff, acceptable foods and 5 star facility + cheap SPA. Thanks for everything BAL HOTEL.

Disappointing

We stayed one night with the family. Room was good but restaurant and breakfast disappointing. We were told that the restaurant was open until 24.00 but at 20.30 when we were seated and the menu was provided nothing was available. We were transferred to another floor with an already nearly emptied buffet.
Breakfast at 8.15 was also disappointing. Breakfast room was very dirty.
Try to avoid spending a night with n this hotel

small but nice hotel

we stayed at this hotel last week. near to beach. small hotel with nice and big rooms specially suit rooms are perfect. there is a small in door pool in hotel and a nice restaurant bar in 6 floor. people are friendly but they couldn't speak English enough. the bathroom and room is modern and enough big. you need a car if you want to go to city because hotel located along the black sea and out side of city(between Trabzon and giresun). this time you can find fresh hazel at this area. the price for hotel is good and ok. also at this hotel you can use massage and turk hamam with pay extra money.

Fabulous view, satisfactory service

The hotel is located by a coastal highway in a peaceful part of the city. It is situated near a gas station. A car park area is available in front of the hotel.
We were happy to be welcomed by warm and engaging staff. The room was nicely done and comfortable, offering a great view of sunset. Bathroom was clean and roomy. There was a water leak in the bathtub, though.
There is a restaurant at the top floor, which is nice but is apparently just as man friendly. It seems to be a popular meeting venue for noisy & chatty local businessmen. We had a dinner and enjoyed the tasty local cuisine. Prices are reasonable. Live music performed late in the evening may be fun to those interested, it just wasn't for us.
The hotel also has a spa center where pool and sauna are free of charge for hotel guests to use, and you have to pay if you want to enjoy other services. A price list was available in the room. I recommend Bali massage package. The Indonesian staff are quite good at what they do, but the young Turkish lady on the spa desk, answering our questions about our reservation with half-mocking expressions, really needs to learn how to be professional.
Free breakfast is served buffet style at the ground floor, with an extensive selection of delicate foods.
We definitely enjoyed the place. Price is well worth the experience.
