Buhoma Gorilla Camp

Free English breakfast, free WiFi in public areas, and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, coffee/tea in a common area, spa services, and dry cleaning are onsite. Change of towels is available on request. Buhoma Gorilla Camp offers 12 accommodations with complimentary bottled water and irons/ironing boards. Accommodations offer separate dining areas. Beds feature premium bedding. Bathrooms include showers with rainfall showerheads, slippers, and children's slippers. In-room massages, change of towels, and change of bedsheets can be requested. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

Wonderful base whilst gorilla trekking

My husband and I stayed for two nights in May on either side of our gorilla trek, and cannot fault the experience. Joshua and the team were friendly and so welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay completely perfect.
The location is convenient, the cabins are gorgeous, the staff are so wonderful, and the food is delicious and plentiful. We were also able to get some clothes washing done which was incredibly helpful.
We would stay here again in an instant!

Great place with friendly people!

We enjoyed very much staying at the camp. The location ist beautiful and the people were very friendly. Food was great and the main room is comfortable and offers a great view to nature.

Bespoke and Charming

Absolutely wonderful place made better by the absolutely wonderful people who own it and run it. The food was far beyond expectations and the quaint cottages were lovely. Do yourself a favor and stay more than one night. I think the more intrepid travelers will prefer Buhoma Gorilla Camp more than the extremely expensive, luxury camps just a few kilometers away. Here you will get a personal treatment and become part of the small community. Richard the owner and Joshua, the head of the restaurant, are the best.

Stayed before gorilla trekking

Arrived late after long drive, forest lodge near bwindi forest. Warm welcom by lovely friendly staff, rooms were clean and very comfortable, dinner was delicious as was breakfast, one night stay to visit gorillas, wish we could have stayed longer
