Resturant Service and food was absolutely appalling !

We stopped at this hotel to have some lunch on our way to Queen National Park. We got there, the staff did not greet us. The waiter came in and hurried us for the order. We ordered. Done be fooled by the pictures in the menu. They do not serve it the same way. My toasted sandwich looked like a squashed, horrible tasting sandwich and pizza. I even ask how the sandwich, as well as the pizza, was served before ordering it. The waiter assured me that my sandwich and pizza will be served as per our request. It looked as if a bus drove over it. I ordered lemon tea, and I was served just Lemon water with hot water. I asked the waiter if this was lemon tea and his response was this is how we serve today because we did not have a lemon teabag (and he expected me to pay for it, at least after some arguing he left it off the bill). If the service was better, I would have never written this review. The Front desk and waiter that served us were rude and it really seemed as thou they did not want to assist us. I would NOT recommend eating at the hotel restaurant because of the horrible food and service!

Good evening please, First of all a thousand apologies for that very unpleasant experience at our facility. secondly we are so sorry for replying late, we have had issues with our account BUT most importantly,its not the management nor the company policy to be rude or provide poor services to our beloved customers.
Your case according to you was the worst experience and an apology would not be enough but please accept our sincere apologies.
We kindly request you not to take it personal and pledge that it will not happen not only to you but to even other customers.Management in strongest terms condemned it and we rest assured you that we took action as soon as we we received the complaint.

Good for relaxing

I didn't have much time to make use of what they offer, but food was good and the room comfortable and quiet. They have a spa that is very popular even for customers not staying at the hotel. The weekends are live with music and a brunch outside in the park.

Simple and clean

I spent one week at the Crane Resort Hotel as I organised and attended a workshop there. Staff was very friendly. My room was clean and quite basic. The bed had a mosquito net (important). The bathroom could benefit from a fixed mosquito net on the window. Good to go for the location and the very competitive price.

Ishaka on Business

Good hotel, which managed to feed and house are large team who were visiting on business. Clean, need, and very adequate for our needs. Close and central to everything. I would have no problem recommending to other travellers.
