The staff was very friendly and accommodate our requests. The food was tasty, fresh juices and fruit every morning with their staples. Phoebe, James and Eve welcomes us very well and made our stay feel like home. Clean sheets and towels everyday. We stayed in a room without AC and it worked out well because of the screen door allowed a nice breeze and prevented mosquitoes. Also the day guard always welcomed us with a hardy hello. Although hidden away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s within 15 minute walk to the local mall.

Collective minds for the better

Nice place especially the silent atmosphere but food takes forever and again comes not hot waitress body Language is not for people in Hospitality industry. Finally I think the hotel needs to have hotel direct lines on Internet. (WhatsApp, telegram etc)

Casual Visits

Went twice for drinks in the afternoon. Very pleasant sitting in the gardens having a drink and some samosas. Went twice because we enjoyed our first visit. Food was slow in coming but tasted good. Had a look around the hotel. It was very clean with very good rooms and very reasonably price. About one hour drive from Kampala at rush hour times but about a half hour at other times. Very close to Ntinda. Very happy and welcoming staff.

Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und entsprach vor allem in Farben (Wände) nicht den dargestellten Fotos. Etwaige Dekorationen fehlten komplett.
Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht sicher verschließen, zum Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung und im Bad gab es kein Licht.
Diese Qualität ist den Preis von 60 € pro Nacht nicht wert.
Die Benutzung des Pools war zudem extra kostenpflichtig und im Treppenhaus wurde am Fahrstuhl gebaut, was sich als sehr Lärm-intensiv herausstellte.
Das Frühstück entsprach nicht internationalen Standards.
Ich möchte meine Bewertung mit etwas Positivem beschließen: Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich.

Slechte service en zeer afgelegen

Afgelopen jaren veel hotels bezocht, maar deze is de slechtste tot nu toe. Management wist dat ik laat aan kwam. Niemand bij de receptie en geheel donker. Receptioniste kwam uiteindelijk gapend naar beneden. Na 3 dagen overleven kon ik ook nog het dubbele bedrag per kamer betalen, want ik had een double room. Geen eens ruzie gemaakt want ik wilde weg hier. Je kunt s avonds niet in het restaurant eten en ontbijt is er niet of slecht. Wegblijven dus.
