Favourable Environment for all Kinds of Visitors
A favourable environmental condition with all necessities that every individual feels him/herself at home. Good accommodation and refreshments all perfect. I was really convinced by the receptionist and their hospitality they provider to me.

Not recommended!!!
Poorly maintained hotel, rooms without electrical outlet, pitiful dinner buffet, hot water after 30 minutes, there is mileage!!!

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel e stata molto deludente. L'hotel appare mal tenuto e la camera assegnatami era sprovvista di prese elettriche funzionanti, un disagio non indifferente. Il buffet della cena decisamente bassa. Inoltre, e stato necessario attendere ben 30 minuti per avere dell'acqua, il che e inaccettabile. Ci sons sicuramente opzioni migliori in zona.

Good but with a few things that desired improvement
It would have been okay except that the bathroom would produce a bad smell that would even reach the bedroom. Otherwise, The receptionists are so good and the people in the restaurant are loving and caring

A home away from home
From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how peaceful the grounds are. Eureka feels like a lush retreat. It’s the kind of place where you can actually hear the birds, which is a rare luxury in a bustling city like Kampala. The food was a standout highlight of my stay. I enjoyed eating matooke for the first time. The staff truly embody the spirit of the "Pearl of Africa." They were consistently attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick request at the front desk or service during dinner, I always felt like a welcomed guest rather than just another booking number. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and "attractive" in the truest sense. After a long day of navigating the Kampala heat and traffic, returning to a clean, cool, and aesthetically pleasing room was exactly what I needed.
