Good Hotel
Rooms were good, clean and warm. Location is good. Breakfast can be better. I am from Turkey and to be honest, i only ate sirials in breakfast, because nothing else to eat to me. I wish more to have more olives for mediterrian people.

Overpriced, 3 star maximum, disappointed
Plus · Location was great, they did a good job on the renovation of the hotel but practical things in the bathroom are missing. On the sink there is no area to place your toiletries as they will slide into the sink. No other place to put them. Shower is in the bathtub with no handle to hold yourself stepping into and out of the bathtub, which is pretty high down to the floor. Danger of slipping in a wet bathtub.
Minus · Check-in. Terrible. Booked double room for 2 persons. Showed up obviously with 2 persons and were told we had to pay extra for the second person. Excuse me ?? When that was sorted out, there was a discussion about the room rate that was agreed on Booking.com and finally due to language barrier, despite my wife being fluent in Russian and Ukrainian we had a misunderstanding about when/where/what to pay. All in all not a great welcome. Then the size of the room. OK 17m2 is not big, but I think the bathroom and a part of the corridor were included in this 17 m2. In my opinion the room rate is to high compared to what is being offered. I stay and have stayed in the very center of Kiev for a similar rate and a bigger room size
Bathroom toiletries are from a dispenser in the shower and near the sink. I expect this in a 2 star IBIS hotel, not in a hotel that promotes itself as a 4 star property

Nice Hotel, quiet
Very convenient in the center of the City.
Clean and perfect for business or holiday. Close to all bars and parks. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is quiet rich and has a lot of fresh and hot plates.

A lovely hotel
This was our first time in Chernihiv. Our first time in Ukraine. After a long bus ride from Kyiv we found the hotel easily. It is very central. We were greeted warmly by the staff on reception. Our room was very good. Everything we needed, clean and modern. Good wi-fi. We were meeting a friend, and returned with him to the bar/ restaurant later that evening. Again lovely atmosphere, we enjoyed excellent choice of drinks and food. All the staff were delightful. We loved Chernihiv, and hope to return again next year. We will certainly be staying at this hotel again.

Enjoyed my stay!
I stayed four nights at this hotel and enjoyed my time there. The front desk staff and serving staff in the restaurant were all very polite, prompt and professional. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast was great. It's a 10 minute walk to the main square. The free wi-fi worked well. I am glad that I stayed at this hotel.
