I’m not sure this hotel for life. Where did you get 3 stars? I guess 3 times 1 star.
I had business trip and hoped that your hotel will be good idea. But. Not. Do something for changing situation.

i shouldn't have known better

i got to dnipro with my friend for the weekend , we didn't have a reservation and that was the only hotel with available rooms .
the reception was huge newly renovated but no flowers , no smiles , the receptionist didn't speak english, but little did we know that the rooms were going to be hell .
the fournitured were sooo old with a tv that goes back to the 80's and didn't even work .the room was cold , with a window that doesn't open and a bad view .
the bathroom is not even on the level of a public bathroom.
we tried talking to the staff to change ot but clearly she didn't care to discuss and send us off with constant hand wave as of we were beggars .
i definitly think they can do better , if they renovate the rooms , specialy that the location of the hotel is so good.

Don’t stay here

Soviet style hotel with old personnel from 90th, no service and terrible breakfast. You may find much better options for the same price. As of November 2018 there is a refurbishment going on inside of the building.

Back in the U.S.S.R.

It was awful. Old wallpaper, tile in the bathroom, furniture - it's not so bad. But old bed, mattress and piliow - it's disgusting. Room is not clean enough! No badbugs, thank God. But! Old windows without mosquito net (of course!). So, it was some kind night safari. Shoot several, but and myself was hurt.

Short break

A large hotel with pleasant rooms. Some of the staff speak English. Clean bedroom with two beds and even a refrigerator. A bathroom with bathtub. Unfortunately there was some unclean in the bathroom. The view to the Dnepr is great. With guarded parking behind the hotel.
