Sweet place in the center of Kiev
This little hotel totaly exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. Their communication before arrival is perfect and nothing is a problem.
Rooms are lovely, clean and very comfortable. The girls from the reception are caring and kind, plus there is always some sweets and coffee available at the reception. So if you have a sweet tooth as I do you... :)
Hotel is situated in a nice kinda hipster area, just 5 mins walking distance from the Independence Square or Saint Sophia's Church.
And the biggest plus is a breakfast in the room! I loved that.
Although I know the girls from reception have long shifts, they could be a bit more often at the reception. However, you still have their whatsapp, if you needed anything, so it's not a big problem.

Very nice cozy hotel in the heart of the city
The hotel is located in the historical center of the city, so the most popular attractions are also located within walking distance.
What can be a surprise for foreign guests is that the hotel is situated in a residential building and has only 3 or 4 rooms, so it is a teeny-tiny hotel.
The room in which I lived was well furnished and quite clean. I had everything I need inside the room: comfortable king size bed, a variety of bath accessories (toothbrush with toothpaste), water for drinking, free unlimited coffee/tea with cookies at the reception desk, good breakfast. FYI: all the rooms are on the ground floor but the street is very quiet so the noise won't bother you.
The second thing that can surprise you - it is not always possible to find a person behind the reception desk especially at night. They really ask you about your breakfast preferences during the check-in so it's better for you to plan your morning in advance. This is not super comfortable but for me it was fine. You can always call the reception to solve all your questions.
If it is rain outside there are free umbrellas at the reception, so you can take an umbrella for a walk, but after it, you have to put it back.
The breakfast that I ordered was very good and on time.
In conclusion, I would like to say that if you have high requirements for the hotel service then, maybe, it is better for you to find another hotel, and if you are an easygoing person who is comfortable with all those conditions that I described above this hotel is for you!

Lovely personnel and lovely, comfy place.
I will surely stay there again should I come back to Kiev.

To be avoided!
Our stay at live. Here. Hotel was a total disaster:
First when you arrive on the afternoon they already ask us the exact hour of your breakfast the next day and what you want to eat, not really flexible.. Indeed, breakfast has to be taken in your room with only one chair and a mini desk, really not convenient!
Therefore next morning we got up in order to be ready at 8:30 for breakfast. At 9:00 there was still nobody and obviously no breakfast. We tried to call but didnt manage to reach anybody. So we left and went outside to eat after waisting 1 hour of our time.
The same day we came back in the afternoon to pay and ask the reception for a taxi to the airport, still nobody... We texted them no answer... We waited and called them, finally someone answered and told us she will be here in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes and 2 failed calls we left, very pissed off.
When we came back on the evening we had the 'good surprise' that they withdrawn from the card given at the booking the initial amount although we couldn't have the breakfast...
Cherry on the cake, the spa bath didnt work!!
We truly dont recommand at all this place, we really feel stolen, furthemore its very expensive relating to other places in kiev

Central location and very comfortable!
Very central micro hotel, room was quiet even though we had the window open at night. Our room had a jacuzzi which was very nice. The house had a concierge, although the lobby was not staffed around the clock, the stay felt safe. The bed creaked a bit even though we slept comfortably. To avoid misunderstandings, it would be good to have a list of options available for breakfast in English.
