Very good hotel

I travel to Kiev in business on regular basis and usually book hotels in the centre of Kyiv, however I’ve looked for an alternative accommodation this time: somewhere near Zhulyani Airport, as I both arrived and departure there.
Hotel Oberig was my choice and I was genuinely happy with it!
I took a basic room but the size was good, bed very comfortable, everything was new and very clean. The streets outside are quite noisy, however room was air-conditioned and if you close the window, the noise from outside is almost completely eliminated.
Perhaps some could complain about the breakfast because options are very limited, however it was good enough for me and everything was warm and fresh, as it prepared only after your order.
At the price £40 per night (breakfast included) it was better than good deal – I will definitely stay there again.

A good hotel

The hotel is clean and very good but the breackfast is very poor.i think if you want only to stay is a good place but if you want also beakfast si poor.the gym is very nice!The room is very clean all the time!thank you for hospitallity

Good value in a reasonable area

We stayed for one night having arrived at the airport at 2am. We chose this hotel as it was good value and reasonably close to the airport. The taxi took about 10-15 minutes from the airport.
We checked in at 3am and the receptionist was most helpful and speedy. We were off to to our room which accommodated two bedrooms with a hall area and a bathroom with wc.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and nice and warm. There was a tv in both rooms and plenty of space.
We found a bar that was open about 200 metres away which got us a few pints at 3am! It was out of the hotel, left and about 100m. There was a gentlemans club next door, but sadly, it was closed when we came out of the bar!
Breakfast was a limited affair but it was acceptable. The staff were keen and whipped away plates once finished even if we were considering a bit more!
The area seeemed safe and ok. There didn't appear to be much there but I think if you are happy to get taxis into town which is usual in Kiev as its so big to get around, it's fine!
I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Excellent value for money

Hotel is located not far away from Zhulyany airport and had passed reconstruction recently. Comfort in the rooms is above 3*, hotel has sufficient parking area and wifi is working without problems.
Breakfast is offered in a small cafe on the ground floor and doesn't offer a buffet.

2 night stay on business

This hotel is good value for money. £25 a night is cheap.the rooms are small but have a bed and a small bathroom,it was clean and the staff ok. There is a small restaurant where you can purchase breakfasts for about £4 for reasonable breakfast .It is relatively small and is not placed for central kiev. Thee is very little around such as restaurants or places to visit. However it is on a main arterial road which is a double edged sword,ok for getting into Kiev but can be noisy during the night. Good hotel for cheap stop in Kiev and only a few KM from zhuliany airport.
