We always stay at this hotel

The location was great. Just a short drive to the Port City Mall. And all the main roads. Was in a quiet area. The restaurant on site was great and they even have menus in English. Will stay here again when I come back. Rooms were large and the waterfall shower heads are great! Highly recommend.

Very bad hotel.. tourists beware

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is terrible. I came to Ukraine to eat some perogies, they told me to go to the cafe but no perogies. Then they told me to go to the restaurant but no perogies. Then they told me to take a taxi to a different restaurant, but no perogies. I went to 4 different restaurants but found no perogies. The room is very dirty, SPIDERS EVERYWHERE!! You have to bring your own towels because they charged us for using the towels... I will repeat that again, they charged us for using the towels!?!? They charge per day for using a blanket. They try to squeeze everything they can from you. The staff is very rude, they try not to help you, they are very lazy. When we checked out, the staff was sleeping at the reception desk. I left a gift for my friend at the reception, they want to charge him money to pick up the gift that i left him. This is an embarrassment to lutsk and to Ukraine. I hope this hotel can learn from this review.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

These people are criminals. They charged us for using the towels. They charged us for using the blanket. They gave me directions to 4 different restaurants for perogies and none of the restaurants had perogies. The staff is very rude, they don't want to help you. When you ask for help they get annoyed. SPIDERS EVERYWHERE, in the room, on the balcony, in the cafe, in the restaurant. Embarrassment to lutsk. Vso cherez jopa.

TERRIBLE HOTEL SNEAKY LIARS!!!

Stay away from this SNEAKY hotel they charge FOR EVERYTHING even breathing their air, charge for water when there should be water in the fridge already! Charge for extra pillows and sheets! Charge for wet towels left on floor! Charge for pool, charge for sauna CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING and they ONLY TELL YOU WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO GET ON THE PLANE AND LEAVE never one mention of extra charge or anything they bring you pillows and water with a smile on their face knowing you are going to get charged A BIG AMOUNT STUPID BIG AMOUNT, SNEAKY SNEAKY SNEAKY 0 stars and I hope you shut down. DIBYL POLNEYE!

Second time staying

A clean, well maintained hotel. Great hot showers, well maintained grounds with winding path to hot buffet breakfast. Delicious food choices for dinners too!
Ask front desk to prepare your bill ahead of time... hard to accomplish on the spot.
I’d definitely go back again!
