Great location
This is a great choice because of the location. You can get to all the main attractions by a few minutes walk. And that's all you need when exploring the new city.
But I didn't put the highest rate because it's not perfectly clean (especially in the bathroom). And also be ready to scale a lot of steps with the luggage to get to your room.
It also doesn't has perfect acoustic isolation, but when you book it you will receive a message notifying they are not welcoming loud companies. That's why we didn't have problems with any sounds.
But still this place definitely costs its money. As it has much more pluses than minuses.

Pleasant accommodation near the centre
Perfect location in the centre, 3-minute walk from trolleybus stop University (No. 9 running from the airport), 5-minute walk to the main square. Fast food restaurant Puzata hata round the corner and a small supermarket just opposite the restaurant.
The landlady very friendly, always smiling. Communicates only in Ukrainian and Russian but tries hard to understand and help. Cheap Ukrainian-style breakfast available.
The room was extremely clean, cozy, warm (floor heating) and had everything I needed - even slippers. The shared kitchen (for 3 rooms on the floor) had a fridge, freezer, microwave, even an iron and ironing board.
The facility has no sign in the street, just look for house number 1A and a red door. Then phone the number provided in your booking and the landlady will let you in. The first impression of the inside of the building may be a bit spooky - dark and old dilapidated staircase of the Soviet era, but as soon as you get to the top floor where the minihotel is you find yourselves in a completely different world.

Pekný a čistý apartmán
Príjemné ubytovanie pár minút od centra mesta. Izby sú na 5tom poschodí bez výťahu. Wifi fungovala. K dispozícii spoločná kuchyňa. Domáca milá, ochotná (býva o poschodie nižšie).

Fajna miejscówka blisko centrum
Budżetowy nocleg z domowymi śniadaniami bardzo blisko centrum.Duży pokój z 3 łóżkami i łazienką na poddaszu, wspólna kuchnia.Czysto, właścicielka miła, punktualne śniadania na ciepło.Minus: ostatnie 5 piętro czyli dużo schodów, o czym nie informują w momencie rezerwacji.

Sakın sakın diyerek başlıyorum sözüme.
Öncelikle Lviv Havalimanından Uber ile Booking.com’dan yaptığımız rezervasyon için hareket ettik. Adrese geldik, taksiden indik. Aşağı yukarı saatlerce yürüdük; ha şu sokaktı ha burasıydı 1A’yi bulduk ve inanamadik. Otel tabelasi falan yok. Tarif edemeyeceğim korkunçlukta bir apartmana girdik. Burayı asla bulamazdık ta telefonla oteli arayınca ‘sizi almaya geliyoruz’ diyerek yaşlıca bir hanım geldi. İngilizce Türkçe bilmiyor. Sadece Ukraynaca. Google çeviri sayesinde anlaştık. Apartmanın 6.kat/ en üst katına dik merdivenler ile çıktık. Asansör YOK. O kadar bakımsız ve köhne ki koridorlar nereye geleceğim derken 2 odalı mutfak ve daracık bir alanda plastik sandalye, mutfak, ütü, ütü masası olan bir alan olan bir daireyi bize gösterdi.
Odalarda incecik yatak olan rezalet bir yatak odası, çarşaf seti ise renkli olduğundan temiz miyi bile anlayamadık.
