Good choice!

Clean, quiet and nice place to stay. It is about 15 mins walk to the city centre. If you travel by car you have just opposite the hotel parking for 35 UAH.
The small let down was that we are asked for additional blanket, which was not provided.

careless personnel

Stayed in a family room for three people. Extremely inconvenient and small. Personnel is helpless and sometimes missing. Not recommended for a family stay. Rooms are set closely together, so you hear your neighboors pretty well.

Overpriced and terrible service

I cannot recommend this hotel. They harrassed us with daily emails until we paid an advance before arrival. They asked us for our arrival time and confirmed it. On arrival there was no-one to let us in as there is no access to the lobby without key. A friendly passerby tried to help us investigate and called all the numbers but noone replied. We waited on the street in the dark with two small children. Finally by sheer chance the hotel lady came walking down the street to the hotel and let us in.
The common areas are shabby and the neighborhood is not interesting. They did not make up our room. When I complained I was told that I had to specifically ask at reception each day. When I said I was asking now they said it was too late in the day. None of this was mentioned in any on their literature or many emails.
The room itself was fine, that is the only positive.

Run a way from this "hotel"

It was disgusting. All the rooms with the reception together. You can't have any sex. The mattress iron.very far from the center. I felt like in a . dungeon in prison i suggest all of you run a way. Disgusting

Good hotel, but prices are suitable only for foreigners

We spent one night in Poduszka. Me, husband and 11 month child. The prices are high for Ukrainians, but for foreigners they are ok.The room is clean and quiet enough, but small. The beds are comfortable.WC is clean, shower is modern and deep, suitable for washing the child. Breakfast is tasty.
