Great room, good location, fantastic nature, service at the highest level, everyone was very friendly and responded on time to any requests! A comfortable stay is thought out to the smallest detail✨ I will definitely visit again:) 100% recommend!

It's all gone bad.
Relaxed more than once in this place, worse and worse every year, today brought out stinky fish for lunch, the kitchen is slow, the staff is foolishly arguing that the fish is fresh instead of apologizing and taking action, the rooms with the handles off, the desire to come no more

Save the hotel!
Despite so many negative reviews, there are no vacancies in the hotel, either for cheaper rooms or from 9900 thousand UAH.⠀
We have been clients of the hotel since its opening, the hotel was not impeccable before, but it was in order, delicious food in the rooms, there was everything you need for a vacation... ⠀
Now in the chalet for 23,000 UAH for two nights there is no refrigerator, but there is, as the “nice” reception staff explained to us distant people, a minibar with “hot drinks” (wine, beer, water, melted chocolate, etc.) in a fake The temperature in the refrigerator is from 20 degrees in the summer, when it’s up to +30 outside! ⠀
Tell me, does the administration read reviews?! Where should I put my insulin? other medications that should be stored in the refrigerator?! ⠀
Baby food? Does your restaurant serve food for infants?⠀
In the chalet itself there is no recreation area, there is a meaningless veranda with large concrete flower beds in which there is grass and lavender with wasps and insects, it is impossible to be on such a veranda!⠀
Is it really impossible to make an area in a chalet with a lawn and sun loungers for a solarium?! ⠀
Cleaning the rooms is a separate case, no one makes the beds, no one vacuums, no one puts cosmetics in the bath!⠀
The pool is dirty with cones and needles and very cold in any weather! ⠀
Guests are treated in a consumerist manner, with no respect for the wishes and requests of the guests! The answer to all questions is these rules of residence...⠀
We ourselves will not return here and we do not recommend the hotel for a holiday!

Beautiful, but not comfortable
I was relaxing with a small child for a day stay near the pool. The area is very beautiful and well-groomed, the staff is friendly, but the pool itself is terrible . Entering the pool using stairs, not steps. This is very inconvenient, especially since there are many children there. The water is cold, there is no heating, needles from the pine trees float. The sun loungers are so close to each other that you can't even put your foot in. There are no mattresses on the sun loungers. With a stroller, you can only approach the pool from one side along a narrow path; in other places there are steps everywhere. You need to look for the trash. There are no signs or maps where the restaurant or bar is located, you need to ask, but not all the staff know this themselves)))). To get a towel, you again need to overcome the steps with the stroller or leave it on the street. Such a beautiful and huge area, why can’t we expand the area near the pool and make it comfortable, and not like in a communal apartment. Bottom line, I didn’t rest, but suffered .
