Enjoyable holidays and unforgettable experiences
Stayed in a hotel for a couple of days with family. Got a room with an extra bed. The room is very cozy, clean and beautiful inside. The view from the window and the balcony overlooking the Palais Royale and the Opera were very welcome! A separate WOW for me personally is shower gel, a very delicious smell
The maids do their job perfectly, tidy - nice to see! The girls at the front desk are nice, ready to help. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for your pleasant stay and for your unforgettable experiences and memories! Recommend: excellent value for money !

Nothing to write home about ....
I could only enjoy the proximity to the Opera House and the center of town. The rooms are rather outdated. Clean but old style.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or even a coffee.
The staff at the reception are friendly and try to do their best.
I would frankly opt for other options in town.

Good choice to visit the city!
The hotel location is perfect to visit the city, really in the center and just couple of steps away from the Opera!
Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice and kind, all young people. The only comment I have for the staff is that they were not really able to give suggestions for visiting or other...I think it would have been helpful especially considering that at the tourist office they speak only ukranian. But they gave me a map of the city that was nice.
Room price was ok, breakfast was not included but there are couple of places just downstairs (one is like the "hotel restaurant" where, if I well remember, it is possible to have a discount as hotel guest).
They can arrange transfer to/from airport for a good price.

Amazing Stay!
I had an amazing stay…no need unanswered!
The location is dead center, next to the Opera House, all tourist sites are just a few minutes walk. My room had a balcony that overlooked the main street (not noisy at all despite being the Christmas season and New Year’s Eve), plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, plenty of towels, the room was left spotlessly clean every day. The restaurant next door (hotel connected Happiness) served amazing food (with a 10% discount for hotel guests) and the breakfast (included in the room price) offered many delicious choices (cooked fresh from a menu rather than the usual breakfast buffet). Breakfast was served in a terrace room overlooking the back garden area of the hotel…one of the things I liked most was that there were many cats in the back…when I asked about them, I discovered that the restaurant staff had built them a little house and fed them daily...indeed, they were well taken care of!
The staff at the hotel is one of the finest I have ever encountered, polite and willing to help to a fault. They left a lovely welcome letter in my room, a special poem and even a bottle of champagne in the room for me on New Year’s Eve! One of the staff members even took the extra time to print my boarding pass for me…she offered outstanding service and is to be commended on her exemplary customer service.
I truly have never stayed at such a lovely hotel…I wanted to stay forever. You can be sure when I return to Odessa that I will choose this hotel!

Family Celebration
We went to Odessa to celebrate a special birthday for my wife who was born there. The hotel is exceptionally located in the City Centre, staff are friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable bed for 16 nights, essential for a good experience over a longer period. The Opera House is 100mtrs away and a side view whilst having breakfast is a great start to the day. The place is spotlessly clean and every request we made was met with positive responses. We spent a lot of time in and around the restaurant entertaining friends and family, the staff were always patient even when they were tripping over us in doorways and gangways. The one thing we'd recommend is spending a little extra for a suite, excellent space, comfortable seating, good wardrobe space. the only downside was a shower that sometimes changed temperature, it was a small price to pay for an otherwise excellent experience.
