One of Odesa’s finest hotels

We found this hotel to be excellent! We arrived at 5:20 in the morning and we knew that the front desk opens at 8:00. Nevertheless, a very nice man came out and brought into the hotel and found our reservations and placed us in a room. He said breakfast begins at 8:00 and we could eat and then stop by the front desk to work everything out.
Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional, the food and service were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights and a great place to entertain business contacts as the restaurant was very good.
I strongly recommend this hotel as I spend 140 nights in hotels every year. You will not be disappointed to stay there.

Stealing and boorishness

During the stay, precious items were stolen from the room, the staff hammered and frankly sent instead of helping - all recorded.
The management pretends to help, but is really "a good mine when playing badly" and everyone tries to cover up.
A place rotten from the inside, powdered with pathos on top. Shame!
Not recommended.
There is a much nicer and more decent place in Odessa.

Room robbery. Disrespect. Very very poorly educated staff. Easy to get refurbished in rooms. Not recommended!!!

Dangerous to personal effects

There was a theft of precious items in this hotel and the hotel management, in collusion with the criminals, covered up the case. Disgusting service, incredible bashfulness on the part of the receptor. Not recommended. Beware of visits to this hotel.

Management steals from their guests

How do you rate a hotel that appears to work as a team to steal from its guests? If you are traveling with anything of value, I strongly recommend avoiding this property. Based on my experience, theft was not only ignored but actively covered up. The involvement seemed systemic, including management, administration, and security. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
