Great little boutique hotel
This hotel is beautiful overlooking the Black Sea. I little out of the city center just about a mile to the Arcadia entertainment area. Room was spacious and kept beautifully. Spa and fitness areas were very adequate as well. The restaurant was very nice and food was very good. Breakfast was included with some very interesting choices. Only negative if you are a couple that the fitness and pool areas are separate for males and females. Great room.

Waiting for the breakfast more then 40 min
We’ve been waiting for a simple breakfast more then 40 min and stuff service and explanation was weak. Very disappointing. Usually in good hotels if such situation happen they offer some nice satisfaction or whatever, but in this hotel restaurant they just were sorry only after I asked it. Very poor restaurant service.

Confused hotel/restaurant/spa
I spent 3 nights at this small boutique hotel overlooking the Black Sea and the experience can be best described as “confusing”. Don’t get me wrong, individually, every part of this hotel is good. There is a huge restaurant that makes up almost the entire ground floor, there is what appears to be quite a good spa and fitness area and the rooms are above average. Problem is that I was not sure if this was a hotel with a restaurant and spa, or a restaurant with rooms and a spa or a spa with rooms and a restaurant.... Service levels were average, the hotel public areas are very impersonal and unfriendly, there is nowhere to relax other than in the restaurant. Overall at best average, I wont return.

A romantic stay without being together!
To our utmost surprise and disgust this hotel enforced rules that keep couples apart if they want to use the sauna, the pool or even the gym. This is mentioned in the small print, however, you can easily make a booking without noticing this. If a hotel is situated in Europe, it is more than fair to assume that this kind of Taliban rules does not apply. If they do, they must be given in CAPITAL LETTERS in the initial description of the hotel, not hidden in the small print. Also, the booking confirmation did not present this crucial information at all. The hotel staff said we should have been aware of these rules, idiotically referring to the hotels own home page without understanding that you can book a room there without ever visiting that home page, for example, by using hotels.com. Furthermore, if you do check their home page, you do not easily find any mention of this segregation rule from the dark ages. On the contrary, you find texts like this: “An unforgettable romantic adventure for those who are truly in love! You will relax in one of the best hotels on the Black Sea...”. So a romantic stay with your wife WITHOUT BEING TOGETHER?!!
We stayed disappointed and angry for one night and checked out the next day. For this part our vacation was totally ruined and left us with anger and bitterness. The staff said no manager was available (in a five-star hotel??!) to deal with this issue. The staff was not even capable of giving a receipt at the checkout!! I asked to be contacted by the manager the next day when he was told to be available, but nobody from the hotel has made any contact with me so far. We were charged for all four nights despite the checkout after only one night in this horror establishment. The five stars also gives you the right to assume there is a manager present at all times and that there is the standard level of services available. In this hotel, there was no service. For example, what other five-star hotels do you have where you are not offered a receipt of your stay when checking out?

Information about the division of zones is given in all online systems. You made a reservation from the online resource Expedia, respectively, a check and any financial documents regarding the accommodation ONLY you can request from the company through which you made the reservation.
Information about the division of zones is on all online resources. Administrators always voice this information again at the time of settlement. In our hotel, rest 60% of families. Separate rest for a couple of hours in the pool and fitness does not prevent them from enjoying the remaining time together. The hours of work of the standards manager of the working day from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday, except Saturdays and Sundays. You arrived on Saturday and left on Sunday. The administrator has solved all your questions by contacting the phone manager. All the work of the staff is built only on the comfort and quiet living of all guests. We hope that this small misunderstanding will not give you any disappointment about your stay in our city.
We urge you to show respect for Eastern culture, without naming representatives of the Taliban.

a piece of comfort
Very quiet hotel with comfortable bed, pool and hammam and good breakfast. The staff is very polite and nice.
It is not a beachfront, but very close to the sea and any attraction as it is area of Arkadia, which is known as a famous resort.

Dear Nadiia ! Thanks for taking the time to leave such a concise and positive review. The location of the hotel is such that you can see the sea from the windows and the whole territory, breathe the sea air. Literally 10 minutes to be on the beach. Arcadia, as the center of a noisy summer holiday, is just 5 minutes away by car, or you can walk along the coast.
