Great hotel

Great hotel in a beautiful part of the city. The interior is really nice, the rooms are great. The breakfast is delectable. I thought that my father and I would have problems with the parking, as this place is in a busy part of the city, but that was not the case.

A nightmare

At the arrival at the check-in they asked me for the payment, okay I pay in advance. In the room the defective mosquito net opens by itself and during the night the mosquitoes entered and they massacred me, unbelievable, as if this were not enough, I woke up with a huge centipede on my leg, at the reception they say sorry but probably the centipede came from outside but Sorry, millipedes make burrows only in covered places, not in a courtyard. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience of the stay and she replied that it was not possible because I had already paid, but is it a joke?? Of course I paid, you forced me to pay at check-in. And when should I ask for a discount for the inconvenience? Before have the inconvenience???

Worst experience I ever had

Never stay in this hotel if you have anything value with you!!! In our first morning after taking breakfast we found cash lost from vallet. We have claimed receptionist but we have got answer that hotel management doesn't take responsibility for belongings of guests.

never again!!!!!!!!

we booked the hotel in advance but had to change it after one night.It was impossible to sleep at all.It was even worse then sleeping on the floor.The staff wasn't helpful at all.the first thin in the morning we moved out.
We travel at least twice a year and have been all around the world but I have never had such a terrible experience

April in Odessa

This is a nice quiet hotel in downtown Odessa. Not to far from the water, a bit far from the beach. Very reasonable rates in April (off season) lots to see within walking distance. Staff is pleasant, the breakfast is above average, the restaurant is just around the corner. Many outstanding places to eat in the neighborhood.
