Excellent 3 stars hotel

What you see is what you get. Materials of the rooms, furniture, quality of the food on breakfast - everything is a good 3-star level. The only 5-star detail was service. Very friendly.
No good view. However the inner yard has a special atmosphere of Odessa. The location is very good - close to the center. It was important for us to have the parking in the inner yard. Very pleasant stay for several nights. I would not stay here long, because it is not resort hotel.

Good value for money, not without issues

Prime location for visiting Odessa. The very heart of the city. Walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, good dining places and local businesses. Really hard to beat it.
Well-equipped, clean rooms for the price point. All the basic amenities are present: a mini fridge, a small safe, a wardrobe with hangers, toiletries, etc.
Our second visit here. The first one was absolutely wonderful, with no issues whatsoever.
The recent one: loud, non-stop phone conversations at the reception area from 22 PM till 1 AM, which I could not sleep by. Not sure who was gabbing for that long and at those hours — the staff or the guests — but either way, the staff didn’t seem to care.
So, I would still recommend it, but a good night’s sleep might be a matter of luck.

no customer satisfaction

they have a manager says its customer that I am very busy to talk with you
No hospitality approach. My sister was robbed in Kiev and couldn't able to pass Odessa. Because we were on police station all night for legal documents. We tried to cancel and couldn't done. regarding this extraordinary situation we asked not deduct the cost. They didn't help us, even hanged the phone while I was telling my situation.

It was a fantastic stay!

The hotel is situated in a very confortable and quiet zone of the city. Inside, it is very clean and well maintained by the personnel. The staff is gentle and eager to help customers when needed. It was really a fantastic stay!

Small hotel and great friendly staff. Breakfast in bed......
Rooms are very clean. This is my second visit and will be back again. Real value for money Be advised that it has no elevator. Some nice restaurants within walking distance
