Huge amazing palace-hotel :)

I stayed at the Hotel with my wife in July 2021. Twice for one day. First of all, the hotel is huge. Huge palace hotel. Fantastic interiors. You can feel the enormity of tsarist russia in them. Old paintings, large mirrors, giant interior rooms. The themed rooms are the best - 60's, 70's. Fantastic. You have to stop in them. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Odessa. We highly recommend it.

Excellent

We were in the hotel on the beginning of May.
The staff was pleasure! The room was clean, bright and cozy! Breakfast delicious! Nearby main street, the opera and ballet house, many cafes. We like Odessa snd Tsentralnaya hotel very much!

Breakfast at hotel most grateful

I stepped into a world of impressions to cherish courtesy with people of devotion wanting to please another guest ,thank you. For the hotel for giving it to me it was clean efficient and valuable for me .

Perfect location in magical city

The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre. It is one of the oldest hotel and we could feel its historia charm. The breakfasts served in the cosy restaurante with hostorical painting were decent.

I don't recommend for a longer this place for a longer stay

The best value of this hotel is its location, hot water, clean sheets and good central heating ( winter time )
The breakfasts are of limited offer and they might seem strange for a lot of travelers. The translation of the menu in English is just misleading.
The stuff hardly speaks any other language than Russian.
I would not call them the friendliest ever. However there is one English speaking person - we were lucky to have her during one shift of work
In general they are not outgoing or welcoming as it is just norm and standard in Europe. We had a mess up with our booking
