I have stayed in the hotel for four days. Great management nice staff clean rooms beautiful hotel..Wether you travel with your friends or family this is the best place to stay in Odessa close to sea and all the great restaurants. Definitely recommend

Not good ... Unfortunately
The receptionist made a mistake and charged us twice. We booked 2 rooms and got them in separate places. The rooms were different from what we booked. All this after a night flight did not sleep, because of the mistake of the receptionist we had to wait for the principal from 4am to 10am without sleep and it was ruined for us all day because of it.

We thoroughly monitor the level of satisfaction of our guests and consider individually each incident.
There is no administrator error in the fact that you could not sleep from 4 to 10, since you made a reservation on an Internet source, where you did not indicate that you need rooms nearby, fristly. Secondly, based on your booking, the standard check-in was from 14:00, the administrator, on the contrary, took care of you and put you in the rooms (early check-in), although this is not always possible. Because of the early check-in, the virtual card was not active, so administartor had to take deposite according to the company rules. Thirdly, you yourself write that after 10:00 all the questions that arose were resolved, you were provided with rooms next to each other on the same floor and money was given your back. In spite of the negative experiences that you have during your stay at our hotel, we still hope that you will find it possible to choose our hotel again.

Terrible service!
We stayed in this hotel with my family and when we arrived next day to our room, the TV had fallen off, all my more expensive shoes were spoiled. the champagne bottle at the table had fallen down (broken) as well and the whole room smelled like it! The whole hotel team did not agree even to change our room despite this damage. it was terrible - all stuff were very arrogant, already 3.00 at night and we are still waiting for the police.

Couldn’t wish for a better Hotel
I have to admit that this was certainly the best hotel I’ve ever been. Rooms are stunning and full of luxury, breakfast delicious and reception very friendly and always ready to help. Totally a 5 star hotel with a quite cheap price. Busses and trams are close and hotel’s environment is really exciting, full of busy local life. Truly recommend this instead of a Odessa’s city centrum hotels.
